Surface maintenance, de-dusting, up-keeping and sanitation services at CPTI of RSP for the year 2025-27

• 1. The Bidder should fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria

I. The Bidder must Possess valid contractor's registration in "Civil works" {or "Housekeeping" category in RSP or equivalent of Govt/any other PSU/ Govt Autonomous bodies having experience in Housekeeping /Sanitation work .

OR

II. The Bidder must be a registered Non Governmental Organization under Societies Registration Act 1860.

If the agency is a registered Non Governmental Organization under Societies Registration Act 1860, then they should produce notary attested copies of the following:

a. Memorandum & bye law of the organization,

b. List of present governing body members,

c. Authorization for the representative of the governing body to represent the NGO during tender negotiations.

d. Proof of submission of list of present governing body to Additional Registrar/ Registrar of Society.

e. Income Tax Return for Last 03 Years

2. The Bidder to submit self attested copies of the following documents along with the following:

a) GST Registration certificate.

b) Permanent Account Number(PAN) card issued by income Tax department.

c) ESI registration certificate from ESI corporation.

d) EPF registration certificate from PF corporation.

e) Documents in support of technical requirements as per eligibility criteria above.

If required the Bidder must produce original of submitted documents for verification at MM (Projects).

3. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed/executed work(s) involving House Keeping of any public building such as Cleaning and/or Sanitation works in any Central/ State Govt. Organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government organization/ PSU or Public Limited Company of the value as specified below during last 7 (seven) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued.

i. One (01) completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.15.30 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

ii. Two (02) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.9.56 lakhs (incl. of GST)

OR

iii. Three (03) completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.7.65 lakhs (incl. of GST)

The following documents (self attested) to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

i) Copy of Purchase Order/ Contract Copy/ Work Order issued by the concerned executing authority.

ii) Copy of Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate issued by the concerned executing authority for the work/ works.

iii) The Work order and completion certificate so submitted should be in the name of participating bidder.

iv) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.
