Providing Form Work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting Floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work.

Providing Soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the sub grade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. a. Brick on flat soling.

15 mm thik cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (0.50 mm) (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of BERGER/ Asian Paint/Nerolac of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc.

Providing, fitting & fixing PVC Automatic Flushing Cistern with all internal fittings with CI brackets including fitting & fixing standard size CP flush pipe, union, clapms etc. complete as directed and specified. a)White Make: Parryware / Hindware

Plain cement concrete work of proportion 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III)

25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece 25mm or less as per requirement with an average thickness of 1mm. PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25mm..

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with overall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm igid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2nos of 150mm long bracket of 15x15 mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours, shades as approved in skirting, risers and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3k/sqm joints with white cement an matching pigments ( Anti-skid is preferable)

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brandand manufacture of required colour New work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms/litre of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour Two or more coats on new surface

Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations Mill finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance.
