Repair to pop out spalled joints, corner, pot holes in concrete slab by cutting, chiselnng manually & mechanical cutter, side perpendicular to a minimum depth of 2.5 to 3 cm and cleaned off all loose or broken material remove outside Technical area, cleaning the surface with mechanical blower to remove all dust/loose particle outside Technical area and repair concrete slab floor with elastromeric PU concrete incl apply primer as per manufacturer instruction to match the existing surface including fomwork where required complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Chagre. Make:- CIPY/SIKA/FOSROC NOTES: (1) Application shall be followed as per manufacture instruction. (2) All the health and safety measurer shall be followed by the contractor during used of flexo elastromeric concrete. (3) An exclusive team of adequate number of labourers for repair to joints/corners with elastromeric PU concrete shall be deployed by the contractor as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (4) The execution of first 30% quantity is to be completed in within 60 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target in the given due date shall incur irreversible panel recovery=(30 % of total qty - executed qty)x10% x quoted rate in Rs. (5) For next 50% quantity is to be completed within 120 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target in the given due date shall incur irreversible panel recovery=(80 % of total qty - total executed qty)x10% x quoted rate in Rs. (6) Last 20% quantity is to be completed in before completion date of contract given in the acceptance letter. Recovery = (Total qty in BOQ - Total executed qty)x10% x quoted rate in Rs.

Preparation of old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous roads, pavement surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth with wire brushes etc, and painting lines, dashes, strips, circles and other markings remove all scrap material outside Technical area and applying one coat of thinable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE using mechanical pavement marking machine line lazer IV 3900 and 5900 of M/s Graco as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: SN Infratech Pvt. Ltd./ STP / Apcotrak manufactured by Asian paints/ Road marking paint of Berger as approved by GE. Note:- (1)Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40micron ( Dry film thickness) for each coat. (2) An exclusive team of adequate number of labourers for painting activity shall be deployed by the contractor as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (3) The execution of 30% quantity is to be completed within 60 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible penal recovery of Rs. 10000. (4) Next 50% quantity is to be completed within 120 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible penal recovery of Rs. 15000. (5) Last 20% quantity is to be completed before completion date of contract given in the acceptance letter.

Preparation of old surface with steel wire brush/coir brush, brooming and removing dust, moulds, etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to rigid / flexible portion of PTT/ Runway surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of old surface and applying one coat of white wash to old decorative / concrete / bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PVC intimation sign boards of size 1044 mm x800 mmx5mm thick with retro reflective coloured cover tape of approved make and pvc coated conduit square of size 40mmx40mm leg 600 mm length of supports, including excavation in post holes ,embedded in ground upto 0.5m in depth in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with two or more vertical post as required on site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The item shall be provided as per the samples kept in Engineer-in-Charge office.

Ploughing of SGA sand with tractor, cultivator and all required accessories as per the requirement of user complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Rate quoted by contractor will be included for fuel, tractor, cultivator, accessories, driver and labour etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, spreading and levelling in layers and exc 25cm of best quality coarse sand for fillng where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Intimation DTGM boards of Plastic Resin Enforced Plastic with retro reflective coloured cover tape of approved make and stainless steel conduit square of size 40 mm x 40 mm leg 600 mm length of supports, including excavation in post holes, embedded in ground upto 0.5 m in depth in cement cocrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate with two or more vertical post as required on site complete, these DTGM boards is certified to the latest standareds complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

The resin and the materials to be used must be of approved manufecturer. Contractor shall take approval from GE by showing the packaged, anthentic material sample obtained from any of the three manufacturers only. After approval, contractor must procure complete quantity required for this item of work and get the same verified by GE. Only thereafter, he shall be permitted to commence execution. Decision of GE shall be final & binding in this aspect. Make : CIPY/SIKA/FOSROC Notes : (1) Application shall be as per manufacturers instructions. (2) All the health and safety measures shall be followed by the contractor during use of epoxy resin. (3) An exclusive team of adequate number of labourers for repairs to joints/corners with adhesive resin epoxy shall be deployed by the contractor as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (4) The execution of 30% quantity is to be completed in within 60 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target in the given due date shall incur irreversible penal recovery of Rs. 15000. (5) For next 50% quantity is to be completed within 120 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target in the given due date shall incur irreversible panel recovery of Rs. 20000. (6) Last 20% quantity is to be completed in before completion date of contract given in the acceptance letter.
