M & L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X350X7mm thick with and including 10 mm thick cm (1:4) backing coat and Triangular filliting at top of skirting, set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles.

M & L for 20-25mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of slab, including cutting, polishing etc. with and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equvalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmX600mm. Additional cross Tees of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mmX600mm. Errection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frames) upto ht of 30 m & with necessary brassing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloth for carring out external facework of walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc

Material and labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces, chajjas etc and erection and dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding up to Five storey building and provision of necessary safety equipments to the skilled workers to carry out work.

M&L for raking out cement loose/crack pointing or any other hard materials used and careful re-pointing and repair to be carried of the damaged pointing to walls externally and internally above the base of vaults and apse domes for poor joints, in lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime, 3 sand mix to be approved by Consultants before application) and filling in of any holes/damage areas of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. Pointing to be carefully colour matched using additives such as kattha, sand, stone dust and such additives to exactly preparation of batches of samples upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Engr-in-charge. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for application of transperent polyurethene paint over stone masonary as per the manufactures instruction over a coat of primer all as specified & directed . Make :- Asian paint, Berger, Shalimar as approved by GE. Note :- (i) The work is to be carried out in heritage bldg/hall, hence before starting of work all instructions given by Engineer-in-Charge/consultant (if any) are to be strictly followed. Any damage to structure due to negligence of contractor shall be repaired as directed without any extra cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/ consultant failing which the same shall be got done through other agency at contractor risk & cost. (ii) Guarantted of PU paint if any to be submitted by the contractor in writing and necessary amount toward retention money to be also retained in this regards.

M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equvalent as per manufacturer's instruction and finishing the surface seven and fair. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling , applying three coats of white wash.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction.
