Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of river side pump house round the clock for 24 hours in three shift of eight hours per shift (First shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, Second shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and Third shift 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs next day) including sunday and holiday as directed by Engineer-in-Charge by a skilled Pump operator (FGM) and a helper (01 Pump operator and 01 helper in each shift) to operate the centrifugal pumping sets / Standby DG sets and other accessories comprising of the following :- (a) Operation of 50 / 40 HP Centrifugal pumps attentively including of gland packing / gland / coupling / impeller / bearing / shaft / starter / contact point / connecting cables and maintenance of other consumable items all as specified and directed. (b) Maintenance of intake source including cleaning of intake line etc, repair of PVC hose pipe, foot valve, non return valve. (c) Operation of DG set 100 KVA-01 Set incase electricity failure to continue the operation of pump set. Collection of POL from store maintenance of DG set including replacement of spares and proper maintenance of plants and plant running record book. (d) Maintenance of Pump house building DG set room and surrounding area in presentable manner. (e) Repair maintenance of unserviceable switch fuse unit of MCCB of any size and make.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of rising pipe line of 100 mm to 150 mm dia and distribution line of 100 mm to 25 mm dia operating of any type of valves at different locations from pump house to 121 TA BN (Old 50 Coy ASC Coy area, 71 Engr Regiment area, KV School, 401 postal unit and 3 CISU per valveman per (Semi skilled) per shift total two shift in a day (8 hour per shift) i.e first shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs and second shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs including sunday, holiday and including necessary excavation of earth work for detecting leakage and restoration of water supply as per direction with following :- (a) Repair of sluice valve of size 80 mm to 300 mm dia. (b) Repair of Gate valve of size 50 mm to 15 mm dia. (c) Repair of gland packing of any size. (d) Repair of gland plate staffing box, spindle, check nut, valve weight, wheel handle and rubber gasket complete. Note: Requirred items shall be provided separately free of cost by the department.
