Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Dressing & profiling the existing WBM/Granular surface layer of the road from edge to edge of the exising carriage way, filling low spots and ravelled stretches by providing additional materials of same type as that of the existing top surface layer, cambering, watering, rolling with 8-10 tonne roller to obtain specified compaction, etc to obtain a uniform formation surface with cross fall from the road centre line to the outer edges of the existing embankment. Works to be carried out in accordance with MORT&H specification section 300 and as directed by the deptt.

Removing all types of Hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 m including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works as per Technical Specification Clause 202. (c) Above 900 mm dia Hume pipe

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (a) Private Land

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (a) Private Land

Providing and laying Sand at the depressed portion of the road as per site condition.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Cl.401 (with an initial lead of 5 km) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deppt.) (ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density (including carriage og mixed materials up to 10.00 km initial lead from mixing plant)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.( Low porosity )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (i) With Bitumen emulsion CSS-1h

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non- bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I.With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A. With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I.With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification) A. With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal size)

RCC Guard Post: Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top, curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed.
