Dismantaling of Zeolite Towers of 1000 LPM Oxygen Concentrator Plant of INMATEC Make by way of removing all mechnical and electrical connections including vacuum pump, all interconnecting piping, valves etc. Dismounting of the towers from base in order to take the towers outside the plant room by employing pick and carry crane and sufficient skilled man power. Removing of top cover of the towers. Removing of zeolite from the towers and storing of the zeolite in clean drums (to be arranged by the contractor). The job then consists of cutting down a portion of the tower by means of electric driven cutter to retrieve the damaged mesh inside the tower. Removing of the damaged mesh and replacing it by new one of the same specifications. The job also includes fabrication and fitting of collar fabricated out of M.S/G.I sheet metal to keep the mesh tight and firm. The job further encompases cleaning the tanks internally, flushing of all the piping system and allied accesories by high pressure jets to remove the zeolite dust seeped into them. The job comprises fixing back of the cutout portion of the tower by by way of arc welding followed by grind finishing of the weld joint and atomised painting.. Reinstallation of the towers by means of pick and carry crane and employing sufficient skilled man power. The job then after comprises of reassembling the whole system including dismentalled valves, piping system, vacuum pump, all electrical and mechnaical connections etc. The job further includes refilling of stored zeolite( after proper winnowing of the same).Refitting of the top plate and testing of the concentrator for smooth functioning. All tools and tackles required for the job are to be arranged by the contractor.

Moisture filter Set (Set of 2)
Pre filter element for Air Dryer
Air filter set for Air Dryer (Set of 2)
Supply and topping of 13X Grade granular Zeolite.
