Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Raising of R.C.C. Polycrate Manhole cover of various sizes and frame slab to required level including necessary concreting in M15 Grade, shuttering and making good the damage as required all complete job (Nothing shall be paid separately)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Removal of Mulba/Unhygienic Material/Mud/unserviceable material from the site including its disposal beyond Municipal Limits by Mechanical Transport including all carriages, leads and Lifts complete job as directed at site.
