Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.)

Above 100 HP to 200 HP

Maintenance of Centrifugal pump set and motor /monoblock including cost of rewinding of motor, material components & accessories required to repair pumpset, starters etc. of electric panels, deinstallation and reinstallation of pumpsets complete in all respect for per centrifugal pump set with panel per month. Maintenance of History sheet as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for Centrifugal pump set per month.Operated load of cetrifugal / monoblock pumpsets (HP)

O and M

Maintinance of pipeline irrespective of size & material which incudes relairing of bursts and leakage,pollution cantrol survey and removal of chocking disconnection of illegal connections,collection and recording minimum 10 nos of residual chlorine samples during daily supply times interconnection and all work related to pipe line of all size by digging out suitable size of pit in loos and hard soil including cutting of black top WBM and CC top of road of any size at work site. this will also includes cutting of pipe ends fixing all pipe piece with jointing material to mate leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe and upto ground level.for entire job contractor will use their T&P . Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering JCB(Excavator) and tractor compressor,if required any,and restore any amenety at his own resource cost ,damaged while performing the work in this item.This works includes daily petrolling and repair of leakage within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipeline network within the scope of work for per KM pipe line per month.Jointing material shall be procided by the departmant.

Daily/ Periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor)

Supply of CI dismantling joint (Suitable for Sluice valves etc.) of following sizes as per detailed specification and scope of work: (as per RUDIP 2023)

Supply of DI K-7 Pipes of the following sizes as per detailed technical specification and scope of work,

Providing, lowering, aligning, fixing in position in pipe line, CI D/F Sluice valves straight and pocket less body passage of approved make of following Pressure rating & dia complete, confirming to IS:14846 (amended up to date) and of following specifications: Body, Bonnet, Wedge, Gland, Thrust Plate, Cap & Hand wheel of Grey cast iron of IS:210/ FG200 Stem - AISI- 410 ,Body Seat ring, Wedge facing ring & Bushes - LTB2/ SS , Face to face dimensions as per IS 14846/2000 (amended up to date) ,Epoxy ( Non-Toxic- suitable for drinking water) applied inside and outside, Flanges Drilled as per IS 1538. Nut-Bolt confirming to IS:1363 and IS: 1367/ CS/ galvanised steel Insertion rubber of black EPDM 6mm thick . Sluice valves including all jointing & jointing material, labour, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
