Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/ tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracy :

For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10 sqm.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and adding shredded Plastic @ 8% of Bitumen cosumed including carriage of the same Port Blair (Only in the item of laying 2 cm premix carpeting)

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete.

New work (Two or more coats)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 pulverised sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC Conduit as required. (Supplying and laying of 1.5sq.mm FRLS ISI marked, PVC insulated copper conductor for making connection in the Street Light from bottom to top of the Pole that is from SMC box to end terminal of Street Light and 6sq.mm FRLS ISI marked, PVC insulated copper conductor for making connections in each Street Light pole from main Electric Overhead line to each pole complete as per direction of Engineer In-charge).

Supplying and Installation of 30W LED Street Light IP66 IK07 fittings of all sizes and shapes, excluding fabrication of metallic pole for road way light fitting upto 1.0 meters made out of 32 mm dia. G.I. pipe etc. including fixing on the wall, painting connections, complete with all accessories etc. as required. Make:- Crompton or Equivalent to ISI standard.

Providing and fixing of SINTEX SMC box of 250x150x120mm size with miniature circuit breaker of 16 Amps, PVC cable gland for IN and OUT cables including cost of all labour charges and minor accessories etc. as required complete.

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) across the road in ground at a depth of 50/75 cm includind cutting the road( if required) digging the trench refilling the same after laying pipe raming the soil etc as required.fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Manufacturing and supplying of street light pole made out of 125 mm dia class B ISI standard GI pipe 3 mtrs long earth stud and neccesary GI reducer/ coupling fixed with 100 mm dia class B GI pipe 1.5 mtrs long bended to 120 Degree 40 mm dia GI pipe of 0.6 mtrs long for fixing light fitting along with necessary clamp and 300mmX12mm thick MS Base Plate welded to bottom of pole along with nuts and bolts with painting of one coat of mettlic primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, fixing of SMC box of 200X140X95mm (inside) two house 4 pole connector 6amps MCB with clamping arrangement for SMC box etc as required.
