SR to Teldehudi to Naraharipur road for the year 2025-26

Clearing & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass , bushes, shrubs, saplings & trees girth upto 300mm , removal of stumps etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge in the area of Light Jungle.

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates using IRC Gr-III size granite metal to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requsite type of screening / blinding materials t to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Cleaning the existing Granular surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 06 Kg/sqm using mechanical clause 502 of MOSRT & H specifications for raod and bridge works

Applying tack coat with bitumen 60/70 grade @ 3kg / 10 sqm area etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping & 14.6 kg penetration grade of bitumen per 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber & consolidation with PRR including cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
