1. Replacement of chequered plate under RWPH No. II under HP-I. Dismantling of old damage chequered plate from the Raw Water Trench & operation of Sluice Valve Chamber. Approx weight- 1302 Kg. Payment will be made as per actual weight in Kg of MS work. 15.18 DSR 2021

DSR 2021 10.2 Fabrication / Fixing of new chequered plate of 8 mm thick with proper support & lifting arrangement also with proper primer & painting as required by site. Size of chequered plate:- 1600 x 510 x 1 Nos., 1600 x 550 x 1 Nos., 1600 x 560 x 1 Nos. Payment will be made as per actual weight in Kg of MS work.

Fabrication for maintainenance of electric hoist at RWPH Bar Screen Chamber. Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. DSR 2021 10.2 Fabrication for maintainenance of electric hoist at the height of approximate 6 metre with MS Channel & MS Angle with chequered plate for 2 Nos. Bar Screen under Raw Water Bar Screen Chamber. This includes the making of temporary plateform for fabrication. The size of temporary plateform is approximate 4 metre x 4 metre with proper support with stairs to go up & down as per site requirement with proper paint, primer & yellow paint as required at site. Renovation / repair of plateform of fine bar screens of ph-1 & 2. Payment will be made as per actual weight in Kg of MS work.

Fabrication of MS Plateform opposite Raw Water Foreman Office at New Incoming Channel. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. DSR 2021 10.2 Fabrication of plateform for maintenance of electric hoist. The size of plateform is 10.250 metre in length & 1000 mm in width with proper support of channel 6”x3” with proper height approximate 6 metre with proper vertical support duly welding with cross support. Also making temporary plateform on incoming raw water channel for workable space with chequred plate & railing on both side with stairs and primer & paint also. Shut down of canal will not be allowed.

Dismantling of waste old platform of fine bar screens of size- 4 M x 2.5 M toal 4 nos. approx weight- 1935 Kg. Payment will be made as per actual weight in Kg of MS work. 15.18. DSR 2021
