Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring complete (light,fan, plug point & power complete alongwith fittings (switches, ceiling roses, tube light fittings, bulk head fitting regulator, sockets main switches, DB removing materials to store & making good of disturb surfaces of wall/floors etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade, ISI marked, FRLSH type drawn through and including PVC casing caping/conduit (ISI marked) of adequate size and its accessories with sunk cast iron/pressed steel terminal boxes of size 1.2 mm thick, one light or one fan point controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) copper conductor cable (multistrand), FRLSH type, PVC insulated and unsheathed with colour code earth wire connected to common earth dolly at one end and metalic bodies of luminaires/ fan at other end complete all as specified and directed for the following:- Note: (i) Colour coding of wiring is to be maintained as per standard colour code. (ii) Cost of chase cutting and making good surface is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

M&L for comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric heater (geyser) vertical/horizontal type of capacity 25/50 ltrs comprising of the following works complete all as specified & directed. (a) Inspection, taking down or dismantling, de-scaling, brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank upto the entire satisfection of Engr-in-Charge (b) Checking of all stop cock, pressure release valve, fusible plug etc to ensure free functioning of the parts including Supply and replacement of washer/gasket, nuts etc as required. (c) Inspect overflaw and vent pipes and remove blockages (if any) (d) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the electrical circuits of the geyser and power points (e) Check, maintain and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust (f) Visual examination of of fusible plugs for its serviceability (g) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted hydrochloride acid or cear pedette solution (h) Checking of indicator lamp for its serviceability (j) Re-assembling the geyser, re-installed and testing complete (Note: (i) Spare parts/components of geysers shall be measured and paid seperately as "supply only" under respective items here-in-below. (ii) Any minor parts required for smooth functioning of the geyser shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.)

Repairing / testing Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep including rewinding, bush, bearing and fan blade suitable for 240V, ISI marked, 50HZ with regulator complete with all accessories and connection as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Note-(i) Fans must have 1.5 Sq mm copper cunductor multicore twin twisted wire of 01 Mtr length (ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately .

Supply only capacitor of capacity 2.5/4 mfd complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only Gun Metal bush suitable for any type of fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing of No. 6200/ 6201/ 6202/ 6203 complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing / testing exhaust fan/wall mounted fan upto 600 mm sweep including rewinding, bush, bearing and fan blade suitable for 240V, ISI marked, 50HZ with all accessories and connection as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Note- Fans must have 1.5 Sq mm copper cunductor multicore twin twisted wire of 01 Mtr length
