Major overhauling of 52 HP Diesel Engine including fuel pump calibration, Grinding of Crank Shaft journals, machining of Engine block, Cylinder head polishing, removing the old valve seats and guides, fixing of cam bush connecting rod bush etc by dismantling, replacement of Injector Assly., Valve Rocker Asslt., Lub oil pump Assly., Radiator Assly., Alternator, Set of Joints, High Pressure Pipe, Battery 12V 180AH, complete worn out spares [liner, piston assly., piston ring set, connecting rod assly.,inlet and exhaust val;ves, valve seat, valve guide with cap,valve spring, cambush, crank oil seal, connecting rod bearing, main bearing (G.E & F.W.E), intermediate bearing, thrust washer, timing cover seal, fuel filters, oil filter, ring gear, fan belt, radiator hose set and items which found damaged during overhauling and required to be replaced ], reassembling, instalation, testing and commissioning of engine etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
