ADDITIONAL / ALTERATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF 06 DSC REST ROOM AND WATCH TOWER IN TECNICAL AREA AT ICGAS DAMAN

Taking down cement plaster of any description from walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. removal of rubbish off the premises and removal of debris out side from MD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) internal plaster on brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in CM (1:4) 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat + 5mm finishing coat) on brick/concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in finishing coat and finishing the surface even and fair. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of ceilings in CM (1:3), finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only integral WPC all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer including 1.5mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation on new plastered surface of wall, chajja, parapet etc and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specidied and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper paint on ceiling over a coat of alkali resistant primer ncluding 1.5mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down door/ window shutter with frame (without taking off shutters from frame) of any description exc. 1.50 Sqm not exc 10.00 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as direted.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
