Providing and fixing of maintenance free chemical earthing copper to copper including digging / refilling of 10 feet deep pit in hard / semi hard soil, chemical material and laying of copper electrode 3 Mtr long 50mm dia with chemical in the pit and filling the good earth in the pit completely and disposal of unwanted material from earthing site to disposal site. Extension earthing from earthing electrode upto the panel.

Construction of cement concrete inspection Pit/Main holes at least 1.5'x 1.5'x 9"(LBH) above the earth installations with main hole cover of GI/Hard plastic assembly and cavity to be filled with glass wool complete job.

Cabling

Providing and laying of 3.5 core 35 Sq.mm aluminium armored cable 1.1 Kv Grade 50 of havells/Finolex/Polycab make for mains supply to be routed along with the wall and fixed in clamps saddle and in HDPE pipe if laid underground etc from mains and panels.

Providing and laying of 72mm HDPE pipe by way of excavation in hard soil by manual means at road crosses etc.

Main Panel Providing and fixing of Main Pannels 14 swg with double aluminium Bus bars and allied accessories of different size chambers consists individual doors for MCB's and MCCB's energy meter chamber and other switch gears etc as per IS standards and requirement complete with following details including grouting with foundation complete. MCCB’s should be ABB, Schneider/ L&T/Siemens/ Havells/ Indoasian optimum make, MCB’s should be Havells/ABB/Schneider/ Indoasian of 10 KA capacity, CT’s Meter should be AE/ Rishab/ Morley make.
