Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm & not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 sq.m and not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work as in doors or gates of angles or others section with gusset plate rails ,braces etc, copleate drilling, for fixing of steel sheeting or others covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including eithers hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in 30mm thick flush shutters door solid core constructions with block board core any plywood face panels commercial type on both face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 2nd Class hard wood 35mm thick factory made glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze,etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain , chamfered or rounded. Fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing wiremesh supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Solid PVC door/cup board frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Factory made solid panel PVC door/cup board shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement or stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suippling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification in SSR Part-I. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with 2nd class soft wooden beadings all as specified and directed

Fixed in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with 2nd class soft wooden beadings or fixed with screws to Iron framed windows all as specified and directed
