Supply and fixing in replacement of fire hydrant landing valve type 'A' (single head outlet) gun metal of 80mm dia landing valve with 63mm dia female outlet complete and 80mm inlet with rubber blank cap and chain as per IS 5290-1983, suitable for brigade hose of 63mm with coupling conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of weather proof standard fire hose box made of 18SWG MS sheet 800mmX600mmX250mm with double door with 4mmthick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge including locking arrangement by allen key stove enamelled fire red finish with "fire hose" marked on front and brilliant white inside yard, suitable for housing of and consisting of 2 length RRL, hose pipe conforming to IS 6361979 (type-II) of 63mm dia GM instantaneous male and female (IS:903) and branch pipe ( nozzle) 12.5mm dia (for external hydrant) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of wall mounting swinging type first aid fire hose reel with drum, hanging bracket 30mtr long and 20mm dia high pressure hosereel as per IS 444 with gun metal shutt off nozzle. The hose reel shall be conforming to IS 884-1985. Rate shall including for 25mm dia MS pipe connection from riser to hose reel sockets, nipples, elbows and ball valve (25mm dia), Drum shall be fixed on adjoining wall through anchor fastener/cement concrete hook or MS stand as per site requirement and the rate for fixing/hanging items inthe rate quoted( for internal hydrant and one each an either side of stage) including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fire hydrant stand post 1.5mtr height single head outlet gunmetal of 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing , testing and commissioning of GM four way, fire brigade inlet to hydrant ring with 63mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150mm dia flanged outlet conforming to IS 904 with blank cap and chain including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing , testing and commissioning of GM two way, fire brigade inlet to hydrant ring with 63mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150mm dia flanged outlet conforming to IS 904 with blank cap and chain including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply ,fixing ,testing and commissioning MS pipe150mm bore heavy duty Class 'C' ISI marked as per IS:1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbow, flanges, reducer, gaskets, nut and bolts etc welding or screwed joint as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard standard clamps structural steel support as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of (post office) red colour over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.7.00 above but size of 80mm all as specified and directed.

Supply ,fixing ,testing and commissioning MS pipe150mm bore heavy duty Class 'C' ISI marked as per IS:1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbow, flanges, reducer, gaskets, nut and bolts etc welding or screwed joint as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard standard clamps structural steel support (chilly make) as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of (post office) red color over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.9 above but size of 80mm all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth in loose/soft soil, getting out and leveling the bottom surface to required gradient for laying of water supply mains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of butterfly valve of size 150 mm dia conforming to IS 13095 , flanged ends drilled type with steel spindle including nuts bolts washers and jointing material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 900mmx900mmx900mm (internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 150mm thick, brick masonary built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal wall including provision of MS sheet cover 2mm thick with locking arrangement embedded with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm and painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over one coat red primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for boring holes under road pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound tele hnique and necessary machine for accomodating pipe of size 150/80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure.

Material and labour for cutting of hard standing/road upto 0.6 meter depth and thickness of size up to 180 mm suitble for fixing of 150/80 mm bore MS pipe and filling with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate and making good disturbed surface.

Supply , laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade , of size 3.5 Core 50 sqmm.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection laid in trenches / in existing cable ducts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

M&L for brick,Subclass 'B' well burnt, laid dry flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

S&F in replacement of fully automatic star delta starter panel 3 Phase 415 volts suitable for up to 10HP pump complete . Make : Siemens/L&T.

Supply & fixing cable jointing kit and testing complete for 1.1 kv grade cable for Indoor termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm all as specified and directed. Make 3M/Denson/Raychem

M & L for making holes with pneumatic machine in existing wall/ sheet of any thickness for passing through water supply fire fighting pipe line up to dia 150 mm and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as foundation filling in mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in Pedestal/coping including necessary weathering and form work and finishing the exposed surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying 50mm bore Galvanised iron pipe Heavy class including all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, check nuts, union etc in trenches/ fixed on walls/after cutting PU flooring up to suitable width,depth and making good disturbed surface with PU flooring touch up and matching complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

S & F in repair Fire foam concentrator drum of 200 ltr capacity for producing mechanical foam for fire fighting in and including replacement of existing plastic/PVC pipe, nozzle/fixing mechanism all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.
