MTPS I CA CWS I Overhauling of 1600 mm BFV including actuator GB overhauling checking and renewal of Nitrile rubber seal painting of Intake screen of Cooling water Pumps 1A 1B and 1C and allied works

Removal of RC valve in CWP 1A,1B & 1C of size 200 mm along with R.C. pipe and manhole door and fitting the same after completion of work.

Charges for checking and Renewal of Nitrile rubber Seal in 1600 mm Butterfly valve in Cooling Water pump 1A,1B & 1C, and if necessary /renewal of seal clamping pad, rethreading of worn-out threads in the seal mounting disc and clamping the seal with the disc. Checking the open / close operation of 1600 mm butterfly valves of Cooling Water pump 1A,1B & 1C.

Overhauling of gear box assembly of 1600 mm B.F.V, including removal of Actuator, dismantling the gear box assembly, inspection, if necessary /renewal of spare and reassembling the same in 1B pump.

Overhauling of B.F.V of size 1600 mm provided at CWP 1B pump discharge line including dismantling the bearing assembly at both ends inspection, if necessary /renewal of spares and reassembling in 1B Butter fly valve size1600mm.

Charges for lifting the screen, positioning, cleaning the debris and algae and placing the screens in its position after completion of painting works. (1 set consist of 3 Nos.)

Charges for cleaning and painting with one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy coal thar one over the other with proper interval over the intake screen frames structure of Cooling water pumps 1A,1B & 1C.

Charges for removing the rust, old paint and cleaning he outer surface of the monorail cranes (15Ton & 10Ton) moving guider structures & supporting structures, hoist plat form, support angles & handrails, hoist panel boxes & covers, hoist long travel pinion plates and hoist ladder, intake screen stand and lifting beam in in Cooling Water Pump fore bay-I.

Charges for painting with one coat of rust convertor and Two coats of synthetic enamel smoke grey paint / Sea Green one over the other with proper intervals on the outer surface of the monorail cranes (15Ton & 10Ton) moving guider structures & supporting structures, hoist plat form, support angles & handrails, hoist panel boxes & covers, hoist long travel pinion plates, hoist ladder, intake screen stand and lifting beam in Cooling Water Pump fore bay-I.

Charges for Overhauling of 600 mm size 150 /300 Class Gate valves in clarifier inlet & outlet valves of CWS including dismantling the valve, cleaning all the parts checking the seating surface and lapping the gate/seat/flap and reassembling the valve with bonnet gasket and gland packing.(Gasket under contractor scope)

Charges for Providing & dismantling of Scaffolding & Platform arrangements of a length of 18 meter, breadth 6 meter at 8 meter height in the around the 10 Ton and 15 Ton Mono Rail travel beam and its supporting structures in Cooling Water Pump Fore bay-I by using steel pipes and hinges (Required scaffolding materials and its transportation to work spot from outside MTPS-I are under contractor scope).
