Supply & Fixed pre-painted (Olive Green colour) galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated (SMP coated) steel sheets 0.50mm thick of and approved coloured having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as per manufacturers instructions, complete and as directed.

Supply & Fixed pre-painted (Olive Green colour) galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheets 0.50mm thick of and approved coloured having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as per manufacturers instructions, complete and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness, incluing cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Frame work for false ceiling of grid 605x605mm comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surroundings wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermidiate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges ot 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centreto centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply & Fixed Gypsum ceiling board 60x60cm x12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instruction and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50mm thick PCC type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, complete all as specified and directed,

Material & Labour for machine pressed Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & Labour 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces for fixing of tiles as in floor.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc .

Material & Labour brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cm 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on walls complete all as specified directed and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and apply two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer with chalk whiting, all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixed anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates/track including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fixed Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, and complete necessary fittings to fixed with frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixed 5.5 mm thick plain/tinted glass of cut into suitable size with best quality to be fixed in Aluminium frame work etc complete and directed.

Supply & Fixed Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for window guard bars, plain let in and fixed independently in wooden frames L or T section support for shelves etc., and similar articles conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off premises.

Material & Labour for vetrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceedings 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces for fixing of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labourglazed ceramic coloured tiles (350 X 450 X 7mm) thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 for fixing tiles in vertical surfaces like dado/skirting etc complete and directed.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts, cutting tops to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete.

M/L two coats of synthetic enameled painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome to new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, including preparation, complete.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, complete

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:4) with using water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work/ Fasia and roof surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of liquid water proofing compound .

Applying evenly a tack/priming coat of industial bitumen primer 85/25 as approved by Engr-in-Charge @ 1.2Kg/sqm over for use in damp proofing treatment on dried surface of concrete including cleaning surface complete all as directed.

Supply and laying , APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gm/Sqm laid on primed surface by forced application, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed bese laid and jointed with gray cemet slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in floor complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work of edge all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3. cost of this is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate by the Contractor.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts (RCC only section) including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete as direted by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire (barbed wire) any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface as in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel section section as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting with nut, bolt and washer or reveting embeding in concrete etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of 4mm wire and mesh size of 75mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending,spirally for hoping for columns, hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealead) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M/L two coats of synthetic enameled painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome to new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth, including preparation, complete.
