The subject item is proprietary article (PAC) of M/s.SIEMENS LTD-NAVI MUMBAI- M a ke . Railways reserves the right to Purchase the entire tender quantity from the PAC holder OR their authorized dealer, subject to production of document evidence i.e. Tender Specific Authorisation

Tenderers shall confirm the following declaration failing which the offer is likely to be ignored. MSE firms should submit a copy of valid MSE Certificate at the time of submission of their bid. (As the validity of Udyog Aadhar Memorandum was up to 30.06.2022 it is not considered as a valid document for availing MSE preference.)
