Providing and fixing 60 cm deep built in cupboard made of 19 mm thick block board, shutter with 18mm thick exterior grade BSL decorative partical board of approved make and shade complete as per design and drawing including all neccesory fitting such as matching handle, piano hinges, megnetic catder, etc. finished with S/E paint complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 20-30 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Add difference of Water Charges @ 0.50%
