Improvement of Airconditioning system at IT equipment rooms of T1 and T4 Terminal building at CIA

Dismantling of existing Ceiling suspended chilled water cooled type FCU from the existing false ceiling including dismantling of insulation and pipelines including other associated accessories, shifting of old FCUs along with accessories and handing over to AAI designated stores etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2 TR Ceiling suspended chilled water fan coil units complete alongwith all associated accessories such as casing, filter cabinet with synthetic fibre filters, 3 row deep copper cooling coil, double inlet forward curve twin blower, single fan motor with 3 - variable speed suitable for operation of single phase 230 Volt, 50 HZ, AC power supply, wired thermostats with provision of Manual / remote control operation, 2 way modulating control solenoid valve with actuator, providing and fixing of suitable length and size heavy duty PVC drain pipe including interconnection with existing drain pipe line, suitable size copper pipe for interconnection between FCU & Chilled water line, providing required quantity of power / control cables including connection, testing and commissioning etc., complete alongwith following accessories as per technical specifications / scope of work as required. a) Copper flexible connection of suitable size complete with set of ball valves and strainers shall be provided. b) Providing & fixing of double layered fire proof canvass complete with flange type suitable for inter connection with duct collar and fan coil unit. c) FCU shall be provided with additional SS Drain tray of suitable size under the FCU with suitable supporting arrangement.

Installation, testing and commissioning of 2 TR ceiling mounted chilled water type fan coil unit in the existing false ceiling using suitable supports, fastners, downrods etc. including all necessary modifications to existing pipelines if any by cutting / welding/ interconnection including provision of new thermal insulation with nitrile rubber, gasket of suitable materials and thickness to be pasted with adhesive etc. Supply and Provision of ducting system made up of suitable thickness GI materials for interconnection of unit & grills including XLPE thermal insulation of suitable thickness (both upto 2.5 sqmtr), providing & fixing of new supply air grill (Max 1 Sqm) alongwith VCD control, termination of all associated electrical power /control cable i/c testing and commissioning etc. as required.
