Restoration/reconditioning of 150 mm dia suction, delivery lines and 250 mm dia MS rising mains at LIS Fundwal. The job involves disconnecting the suction pipes from the pump , extraction of foot valves and pipes from the sump side with help of manual labour and allied tools and tackles. Dismantling the delivery lines with help of manual labour and allied tools and tackles Strengthening of the suction pipes and delivery lines by welding at the leaking portions along with the replacement of damaged sections of the pipes( 15 mtrs) and flanges(8) as per the size. Connecting the suction pipes by providing/fitting of rubber packing at each flange along with nuts , bolts and washers . Rejoining of foot valve with the suction pipe , lowering in sump and connecting suction pipes and delivery pipes to the respective pumps .Job involves Strengthening of the damaged portions(6 nos. ) of the Rising main by way of welding of leaking sections in double layers from all around and providing / welding of M.S plate collar 6mm thick as overlap joint for strengthening. Welding with one root layer and two additional layers with 3.14 mm and 4mm I.S marked M.S welding electrodes to fill the grooves between the pipe and (overlap joint) collar, welding to be done by specialized skilled workman , handling with proper tools , tackles, employing semi-skilled workman and suitable tools /tackles The job also includes cleaning of pipes with emery paper and application of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of paint on the each pipe along with electro mechanical components. .. Complete job includes the cost of material and labour charges for dismantling , extraction , lowering and fitting in the sump at the site of LIS including hire charges of tools and tackles , transportation charges etc. Complete job.
Restoration of foot valve (150 mm) of pumping unit no. 01 & 02 at LIS Fundwal . The job involves decoupling the foot valve by cutting/unfastening the nuts and bolts from suction pipe. Extraction of foot valve out of river with help of chain pulley block and manual labour. Dismantling of foot valve after unfastening/cutting the nuts & bolts. Thereafter providing/installation of new foot valves ( 2 in nos.) of the same size. Lowering the foot valve in the river & coupling with suction pipe by providing new rubber packing sheet, nuts bolts and washers. Checking for leakages. Restoration/ Strengthening of 100KVA Transformer installed at LIS Fundwal involves disconnecting all electrical connections and Lifting the transformer from its installed position and shifting t the road side with the manual labour/ head load by using suitable tools & tackles. , then to workshop with mech. transport. Unloading at workshop . Disassembling the transformer at workshop by unscrewing the bolts of top cover and extracting the body with chain pulley block. Rewinding its H.V. & L.V. coils with superior aluminium wire of requisite size/gauge. Replacement of damaged HT/LT bush rods with the new bush rods as per sample. Providing /Fitting of new gasket, L.T. terminal plate, nuts, bolts, etc. Cleaning of the tank and drying it. Providing/Topping up of 170 litre transformer oil and heating the oil to make it moisture free. Lowering the windings back in the tank Assembling the transformer by tightening all nuts, bolts and using oil packing sheets wherever necessary. Loading in the vehicle and shifting back to site and unloading and placing it at its installed position.. Fitting the transformer and restoration of electrical connections. Restoration / reconditioning of electric control panel installed at LIS Fundwal . The job includes disconnecting the power supply of the electric control panel and replacement of the damaged/burnt 250Ampere MCCB (01 no.) by providing fitting of 01 no. new 250Ampere MCCB (of reputed make).The job further includes replacement of burnt / damaged MCCB (01 nos.) by providing / fitting of 01 nos. new MCCB (of reputed make) as per the sample . Replacement of damaged / burnt bus bars and burnt wiring. Restoration / reconditioning of 100KVA stabilizer installed at LIS Fundwal by way of disconnecting of voltage stabilizer from main power cable. Removing of the stabilizer’s panel by way of opening, loosening of cover nuts bolts and lifting with chain pulley block for extraction of the entire unit. Complete extraction of the damaged winding of the three phases (coils) out of the oil tank and shifting / transporting of the same to workshop. Rewinding of the coils using new copper wire of superior quality. Shifting / transporting back of the coils to the site of installation at the LIS. Repairs to the regulators of the stabilizer by dismantling of the regulator from frame. P/F of new bakelite plate of suitable rating and thickness. Boring and finishing of plate as per sample of the regulator connecting bus bars and cables at required terminals. Draining out the T oil from the tank. Cleaning & drying the tank thoroughly. Filtering the T oil and boiling it by heating with the heater coils for adequate time so as to make it completely moisture free. Refilling the oil tank & providing / filling of the deficit quantity of T. Oil (150 ltrs. Approx). Complete job with cost of material. Refitting of stabilizer frames and coils with regulators after necessary repairs including insulations of DC wire strips. Connecting regulator & transformer. Replacing old worn out insulation sleeves. Lowering complete unit in tank. P/F of gasket and body bolts with nuts. Reconnecting of power cables and testing without load & then on full load. Restoration/ reconditioning of 40 HP three phase induction motor of pumping unit no 1 & 2 at LIS Fundwal. The job involves involves un-coupling the motor 01 from the HC pump, Carrying/lifting of the induction motor & shifting it up over the steep hill and shifting further on head load to the road side by deployment of manual labour / tools & tackles etc. Transporting the pump to workshop. Dismantling of end covers, Extraction of bearings & rotor from motor. Providing and fitting of 02 no. bearings as per sample. Extraction of damaged winding from the stator. Re-assembling the motor after greasing. The job also involves Impegration Impregnation of 40 HP Induction Motor, Unit No. 2 installed at LIS by way of disconnecting all electrical connection decoupling the motor from the pump, removing from the base plate . Dismantling the motor ,extraction of the rotor and bearing. cleaning of rotor and stator winding with petrol and chemical cleanser. Cleaning of dust/carbon etc from the stator with the help of compressed air/ CCL4/organic solvent . Thereafter applying Dr. Beck. Compound on stator winding by spraying impregnation process and drying the same with hot air circulation process. Checking IR value of the winding with the help of megohmmeter. Repairing of the end covers at the driving end and the non- driving end of the motor. providing and fitting of 02 no. bearing (DE and NDE). Assembling of motor. Carriage / transportation of the motors back from workshop to the site of installation at the LIS. Installation / leveling of the motor over the base frame by providing / fitting nut bolts, washers etc., making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts for the electrical connection. Alignment & coupling with pump. Complete testing & commissioning of the pumping unit.
