Supply, install, test and commisioning, summersible pump set ,3 phase 415 AC,2900 RPM ,head 126 metre ,discharge up to 500 LPM suitable for 250 mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/ 250 mm) supplied and installed complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Brick covering with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection to cable with sub-class `B` fly ash bricks, laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and jointing 50 mm bore GI Steel tubing light grade laid in trenches with socket joint together with and including all fittings (Such as bend, elbow, tees, short pices connector, caps, plug and union etc) by cutting welding etc for cable protection passing under road /floor or for fixing to poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of road, hard standing, made of concrete or premix carpet, suitable for soling and moorum filling including excavation for laying of pipe upto 150 mm dia, all as directed and making Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregade) as in filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note : size of plateform around bore well shall be 1.2 m X 1.2 m X 0.3 m , with 2 nos GI pipe 80mm dia and 60 cm long embeded in concrete as per site requirment)

M& L Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), including necessary earth work, excavation, returning filling, removal etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Foundation size shall be of 100 x 100 x 100 cm at ground level for holding tubewell as per site requirements.)

M & L for Construction of valve chamber of internal size 900 x 900 x 1200 mm including necessary excavation and earth work, foundation in PCC (1:4:8),Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in CM (1:4), PCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for coping, 15mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) including provision of MS sheet cover 3.0mm thick with MS angle frame 25 x 25 x 3mm all round and at diagonals of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and also MS plate welded to MS angle as shown in drawing, embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60 cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level connecting to and including GI steel strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 mtrs asearthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical plate No 3 of SSR par - I (2009) including PCC foundation/chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with angle iron frame CI frame, CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete including excavation and earthwork in any type of strata and testing complete including fill up the earth pit with soil for best result and removal. Note :- Earth protection pipe & earthing strip upto and including 7.5 m length is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Steel rolling shutters,1.25 mm thick, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover,anchoring rod,hasp and staple, Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters and all accessories complete including shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated, but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank complete all as specified and directed, Note :- AS PER IS -6248-1979 (a)Cold-rolled steel strips - used for rolling shutter lath section shall conform to Temper No -05 ,Dead soft quality of IS : 4030-1973 (b)Guide channels ,brackets and lock plate shall be of hot -rolled steel of thickness not less than 3.15 mm and shall be free from surface defect and edges cleanly sheared (c)mild steel pipe used for the suspension shaft of the roller shall be heavy duty pipe for mechanical proposes and shall conform to IS-1161-1968 (d )cast iron casting used for roller pully wheels ,u clamps and cracks, burns etc conform to grade 15 of IS-210-1970. (e) the spring used in the roller for counter balancing the rolling shutter shall be made either from high tensile spring steel wire or flat spring steel strips as per IS 4454 (Part-I)-1975

(f) lock plate of riveted construction made of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thickness with mild steel angle section of not less than 35x35x5 mm size of bottom shall be interlocked with bottom most lath section of curtain so as to provide contact against the sill when closed. the lock plate shall be provided with pulling handle on handle for width up to 2.5 m and two handle for width above 2.5 m. pulling handle shall be fixed on both the interior and exterior side of lock plate. (g) Guide channels shall be of mild steel deep channel section(depth of channel depends on width of rolling shutter, up to 3.5 m width guide channel 65 mm deep , 3.5 to 8 m width guide channel 75 mm deep ) and thickness not less than 3.15 mm. The depth of guide should be such that there is sufficient clearance between the curtain and the inner surface of the guide to avoid any rubbing or obstruction for free movement of the curtain at least 40mm for 3.5 width and 60 mm for greater width and there shall be a clearance of 10 mm minimum between guide wall and the end clips of the curtrain to permit free movement of the curtain under normal wind pressure.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in two layers ( First layer 10mm thick in CM(1:6) and second layer in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound) on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja/roof, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Installation and testing of Mechanical, Electrical & Structural components of each crane for Hoist induction Motor LT Drive and EMT Brake System including conducting a trouble-free production trial for a period of fifteen days by using step-by-step planning and executing this trial to carry out pre trial inspection and after installing the items, perofrm a through inspection of each item to ensure all components are in good working condition. Address any issue found and also carry out any necessary preventive maintenance tasks to reduce the risk of failures during the trial including calibration of instruments and perform functional tests. To carry out Day 1-5: initial Monitoring by constant supervision on data collection and daily review. Day 6-10 : carry out stability phase by using routine checks, operational monitoring operator feedback. Day 11-15: to carry out final assessment by full production runs stress testing and final collection complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Guide channels ,brackets and lock plate shall be of hot -rolled steel of thickness not less than 3.15 mm and shall be free from surface defect and edges cleanly sheared (c) mild steel pipe used for the suspension shaft of the roller shall be heavy duty pipe for mechanical purposes and shall conform to IS-1161-1968 (d ) cast iron casting used for roller pully wheels ,u clamps and cracks, burns etc conforming to grade 15 of IS-210-1970. (e) the spring used in the roller for counter balancing the rolling shutter shall be made either from high tensile spring steel wire or flat spring steel strips as per IS 4454 (Part-I)-1975 (f) lock plate of riveted construction of made of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thickness with mild steel angle section of not less than 35x35x5 mm size of bottom shall be interlocked with bottom most lath section of curtain so as to provide contact against the sill when closed. The lock plate shall be provided with pulling handle on handle for widths up to 2.5 m and two handle for widths of above 2.5 m. pulling handle shall be fixed on both the interior and exterior side of lock plate.

(g)Guide channels shall be of mild steel deep channel section(depth of channel depends on width of rolling shutter, up to 3.5 m width guide channel 65 mmdepth , 3.5 to 8 m width guide channel 75 mm depth ) and thickness not less than 3.15 mm .the depth of guide should be such that there is sufficient clearance between the curtain and the inner surface of the guide to avoid any rubbing or obstruction for free movement of the curtain at least 40mm for 3.5 width and 60 mm of greater width and there shall be a clearance of 10 mm minimum between guide wall and the end clips of the curtrain to permit free movement of the curtain under the normal wind pressure. The Square bar shall be welded on to the back side of guide channel for length of at least 20cm as a holdfast, an Angle 40x40x6 mm spilt at one end is firmly riveted or welded at the top line of the bracket so that it will act as foundation holdfast . The angle shall extend at least 20 cm from the edge of bracket plate. (h)Bracket plate sepecifed as per item is under and fixing of bracket plate to the concrete beam or lintel with anchor sleeves and bolts of least 16 x75 mm size (j) A Stoper made out of 40x6 mm flat is bolted on the square bar so that lock plate may be arrested from going beyond the limit. (k) Supplying only bracket plate mild steel of 3.15 mm thickness (minimum) clear height 2.3 to 2.6 m, size of bracket 325x325x3.15 mm and 2.6m to 3.m clear height, size of bracket 350x350x3.15 mm and 3.0m to 3.5 m height size of bracket 375x375x3.15 mm complete.
