Taking down old unserviceable/deteriorated batten/PVC conduit copper/aluminium point wiring from existing place i.e. light, fan, socket or power points complete with all unserviceable fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendants, Holders, etc and making good all disturbed surface to wall, floor etc by means of cement mortar (1 : 3) or plaster of Peris and to match / finish new surface as the existing surface either by using same colour distemper, Putti or white / colour wash all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concealed point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in existing conduit and Bakelite laminated sheet 3mm thick ISI marked for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, wall mounting fittings, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing including cutting the chases and making good the surface by cement mortar (1:3) as and where received at site and for matching / finishing of new surfaces either by means of plaster of peris/ Putti or distemper / colour wash with same existing colour surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following :- For one light/ fan/ call bell.

All as per item no 3 here in before but for one socket point controlled by one switch on independent board.

M & L for surface point wiring on wall and surface on ceiling/roof with necessary fixing arrangements with PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade drawn in and including casing caping 20 / 25 mm white / ivory with all accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc including PVC / Polycarbonate gang box of appropriate size for fixing of switches / sockets, fan regulators, door bell & bulkhead etc with MS screw and cup washers including PVC-FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper multi-stranded conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for continuous earthing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following :-For one light / fan/ call bell.

Receiving complaints from JE incharge lodged by the user/occupants of internal electrific nature, rectification of the fault in respect of main distribution board having MCBs , MCB distribution board in sheet metal enclosure, point wiring fixture for light/fan /bell /light or power sockets, complete repair to the extend by removing connections from the system, rectyfying faults in (surface /concelled), circuits, main switches, MCBs/DBs any type of utility light fittings, lamp holders and other connected fixtures of internal electrification including providing stores as under as well as as insulation tape, screws, nuts as for the site requirement to rectify the fault with regard to complaint lodged and refixing of fitting and fixture to their original position complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Any copmplaint which is left out/unattendent 1-2 days by the electrician by any means will be communicated to the JE incharge /AGE E/M with reason. (ii) New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separetely under relevent items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor shall provide the all type of T & P to each electrician for attending the internal electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register and complaint slip serially numbered in duplicate.

S&F, in replacement, double door metallic sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used SPN 8 ways, 240 V with 200Amps rated bus bar complete fixed properly on in concealed position and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DBs of cables/wires all as directed.

Supply & fixing, testing and commissioning of MCB SP 240 volt 6 Amp to 32 amp 10 KA capacity having C-curve characteristics connected with suitable lugs fixed in repairs complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 21 but of DP 6 to 32 Amps.

M & L sub main wiring with two single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm drawn in new/existing MS/PVC conduit with 2.5 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire complete all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, sadles, pipe hooks etc fixed properly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete. all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :-(i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper conductor will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) PVC Conduit if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Note : (i) Two single core cable, one run of earth copper conductor and one run of PVC casing capping will be measured and paid as one unit length.

M & L sub main wiring with two single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm drawn in new/existing MS/PVC conduit with 4 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire complete all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, sadles, pipe hooks etc fixed properly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper conductor will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) PVC Conduit if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L sub main wiring with two single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm drawn through in and incl suitable size PVC casing capping and all accessories fixed on wall/floors surface along with 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100V grade as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including taking down UNSV old wiring all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Two single core cable, one run of earth copper conductor and one run of PVC casing capping will be measured and paid as one unit length.

M & L sub main wiring with two single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm drawn in existing MS/PVC conduit with 6 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire complete all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, sadles, pipe hooks etc fixed properly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring completeall as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Two single core cable and one run of earth copper conductor will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) PVC Conduit if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M & L sub main wiring with four single core PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 6 sqmm drawn in existing MS/PVC conduit with two single core 6 Sqmm PVC-FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor as a continuous earth wire complete all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, sadles, pipe hooks etc fixed properly including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : (i) Four single core cable and two single core of earth copper conductor will be measured and paid as one unit length. (ii) PVC Conduit if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F rigid non metallic medium white / ivory PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of size not less than 20 mm dia concealed position inclusive all fitting such as tee, bends, reducer, elbow, bell mouth, tube ends and all fixing accessories such as couplers lock, nuts, saddlers, pipe hooks etc fixed properly on as in concealed position incl cutting chasing & making good to disturbed surfaces & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement for energy saver LED light fitting 40 watt, 230 Volts, single tube mounting including LED Tube/ LED blocks 40 Watt ,Lumen OUTPUT NOT LESS THEN 100 LM /WATT with 50000 burning Hours, PF = 0.95 complete with electronic driver LED Printed board, end cover, connector box etc and accessories, prewired, LED including required fixing arrangements and electrical connection three core copper cable from ceiling rose to led light fitting all as directed by Engineer in Charge. M & L in replacement energy saving LED 4ft Batten 20/22 Watt with a nominal system lumen output of 2400/2500 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lm/W with fixing arrangements and electrical connection three core copper cable from ceiling rose to light fitting and removing UNSV . The luminaire shall have a rate system lifetime of 40,000 burning hours at L70.. The luminaire shall meet IP 20 rating and PF > 0.95. all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down from site or collecting unserviceable ceiling fan of any sweep and make from existing position, transporting to local wksp, cleaning external portion with washing soda for removing oily stain, opening and cleaning internal portion with kerosene oil, drying it out, oiling / greasing properly, dismentling unserviceable bearing / bush / rubber bush for arm with nuts & clamp / flexible wire and replacing under respective item of schedule A and reassembling ensuring speedy and noiseless run and hanging the same at site complete all as directed. Note :- Spares if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking down exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete with louvers from the existing aligment (after detecting and declaring the winding wire burnt) and deposited to AGE E/M-III store yard.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan complete with three blade, down rod and connected accessories 230V, 1200 mm sweep with squirrel cage induction motor including testing with staplized voltage through regulator to entire satisfaction of user/concern all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan complete with blade, steel body AC single phase 230V of size 300 mm sweep with frame and louvers with nut bolts including testing complete to satisfaction of user/concern complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
