PROVISION OF CONNECTING BLACK TOP ROAD FROM BLDG NO P-6 TO P-13 AND ADDITIONAL ROAD BETWEEN BLDG NO P-8 AND P-5 UNDER GE NARANGI

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surface in cutting with power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity to required level, gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed.

Soling (or sub base), 150mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 10 ton and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers each of 75mm thick with coarse aggregates of grading 2(63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) using granite, trap or basalt, spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen of grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed sand seal coat using paving bitumen @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.06 Cum of sand and well rammed (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging using old size brick burnt clay of sub-class ‘B’ with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point for soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks laid flat bedded in cement mortair 1:6 as in floors using old size bricks and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub class 'B'bricks laid edge bedded in cement mortair 1:6 as in floors using old size bricks and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels, steps, copings, apex stones etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and complete with joints to match, complete all as specified.
