A/R and M/O PWD Roads under Sub Division-4 of Division C and ND-Roads during 2026-27. (SH - Hiring and operating 82 HP trolley-mounted diesel engine pump set, tractor-mounted PTO pump set, super sucker machine at various locations for removing water

Providing and Running Tractor PTO driven positive displacement Rotary Lobe Pump of flow rate not less than 200cum/hour or more enhanced capacity of approved brand with 100/150 mm dia. Suction pipe and delivery pipe having length upto 300 meter, tractor of adequate HP, idling speed 540 rpm scalable to 600 rpm round the clock at site of work for pumping/bailing out drainage/rainy/storm water/ sump drain/ emergency dewatering of stagnated water of road surface etc., including all incidental charges as and when required including carriage of pump, positioning of pump, engaging driver, operator/skilled beldar round the clock in three shifts and necessary T & P as required for smooth running of pump complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The unit rate is for one pump per day along with Tractor & 3 operators one in each shift (Day means 24hrs. of a day). The Contractor shall provide Smart Phone to Concerned operator, GPS tracking device with 360-degree Sim based camera installed on tractor & Supervisors and share their number to the department on their letter heads. The contractor will ensure that such mobile numbers remain all the time active till completion of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account & if contractor fails to provide and deploy Tractor & pump after direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative compensation of Rs. 25,000/- per day per pump will be recovered from contractor from his payment.

Hiring of 12 HP trolley mounted diesel engine pump set with operating staff round the clock with 100x100mm suction & delivery along with 100mm dia. P.V.C pipe 50 m long, foot valves complete for removal of water logging from different locations as and when required by Engineer-in-charge including cost of all accessories, operator, diesel, lubricant oil, caution board / sign board, barricading, watch & ward, tents / shed etc. payment shall be made on any account).

Hiring and running charges for providing and operation of trolley mounted moveable diesel engine pump set of 82 BHP to 85 BHP self start provision i/c set coupled with pump of Ashoka Leyland, Kirloskar or equivalent of having discharge with 100 LPS (Litre per second) with 200 mm dia delivery pipe of length not less than 50 metre five of cost at site round the clock at site for pumping out/bailing out/ storm water from sump/stangated area or road as per direction of engineer-in-charge. The cost of work i/c the hire charge of diesel pump set, operator with Khallasi, T & P required for running of the diesel engine pump for different location on road. The diesel pump may be shifted as when required at site as per full satisfaction of 'Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fuel (i.e. diesel) to generator set complete as per direction of engineer in charge (Payment shall be made on the basis fuel invoice/bills & their actual consumption, whichever is less all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Desilting and taking out of debris silt rubbish etc. from drain/ sump of all size and diameter (Rectangular/Circular), which are heavily surcharged, by super sucker machine which consist of (one No. chassis mounted machine having suction capacity of minimum 4000 cum/hrs at 80% vacuum, 2 No. chassis mounted dump tanks having capacity of 10 cum i/c) safe disposal of silt with in municipal limits. The operations of desilting should be videographed at each location of super sucker for a period of minimum 10 minutes per day basis and providing three sets of CD as directed by Engineer in charge. The operation should also be photographed at each location, minimum ten photographs on per day basis and giving three sets of photographs, supply of all materials, labour, T & P, temporary power connection with stand by generation set of capacity at least 62.5 KVA gas detector, forced air ventilators wherever required etc. and provision of safety equipment as per guide line laid in (IS-11972*1987), international standard, traffic control arrangement and proper lighting at night, barricading, display of signboard, insurance of worker ensuring all safety measures/precautions and cleaning of site. Removal of all hindrances obstructions, unforeseen items, permission from other deptt. (Deptt. will only assist in getting the permission etc.) cutting of bituminous road, excavation, demolishing of brick work/CC/RCC wherever required and restoring the same. All inclusive and nothing extra be payable. The super sucker machine shall be called as per requirement at various locations.

Providing services of sewerman/beldar in proper Safety jacket/uniform with necessary T&P like, Plastic/polyethene bags, bamboo, rope, phawrah, broom, tasla, etc. for removing vegetation, brooming/sweeping of footpath surface, picking of papers, polyethene ete, including cleaning of GT Chamber, road surface, removing the water from road surface whenever required, etc. for 8 hours shift, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services of maintenance van of approved make of Mahindra Bolero Maxx or equivalent with minimum engine capacity 2500 CC or more and GRAP Stage-IV compliant, of specified size having provision for installing GPS tracking device with 360 degree Sim based camera conforming to Particular Specifications as mentioned in the NIT document. The GPS System with 360 degree sim based camera shall be provided and fixed by the agency in the maintenance van and further maintenance and operation of the same shall be done by the agency. The maintenance van shall be provided four beldars/sewer man, One driver and one mason/welder (as per requirement) with essential tools like bituminous road cutter, automatic plate vibrator, Air compressor, Hilti breaker, welding machine and other essential tools required for repairs, etc. as mentioned in the Particular Specifications in NIT document for carrying out the following activities complete to the satisfaction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing the service for supervisor, having knowledge of road maintenance and civil work, equipped with Motorcycle, android mobile at list 5.0" screen i/c internet & Data transfer facility, conversant in Hindi and English for daily inspection/Supervision of roads under the jurisdiction of PWD Division Sub division 3 and 4 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for working hours of 8 hours shift. (No extra payment will be admissible, rates are inclusive of all expenses).
