M& L for Glazed ceramic, jointless, light coloured tiles, size 300x450/350x600mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), including dismantling old U/S damaged tiles etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- shade and design as approved by EIC/GE.

M&L for fully Vitrified coloured tiles, 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , as in floors,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with colour pigment to match the colour of tiles, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in floors incluting dismantling old damaged tiles etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- shade and design as approved by EIC/GE.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounded to edges of stone slabs one edge , such as in steps, cooking platform , and other similar situtions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Marble (Green or any colour/shade approved by EIC) over 15mm thick screed bed laid in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab / staircase / steps,riser including rubbing and polishing including rounding to edges of marble, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Kota stone slab flooring (Machine cut) of any size laid over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) over neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/sqm over sub base, jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish, including dismantling , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc, complete all as specified and directed Note : Each line of wire shall be measured.
