Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, ordinary earth, earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, sprading, levelling sectioning breaking clods etc., incuding all incidential changes complete as per standard specification for foundation SS 20B

Collection and Supply of Filling Well Graval with in 1 km lead including cost and all labor charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90X60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 X25 X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10X6.5cm spaced @ about90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2. for the following items. (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular / square, Tee / Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.,) For rectangular or square columns, top and bottom slab of sunshade boxing sill slab to windows etc.. Supplying and erecting steel centering for floor slabs, roof slab, rectangular, square, Tee or EII beams, lintels, staircase waist slab, landing slab beams, portico beams, slabs etc.

RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering, Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing, finishing etc completed GROUND FLOOR

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 8 3/4 "X 4 1/4" X 2 3/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. GROUND FLOOR

Supply and fabrication of steel and placing in positon TMT steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in floors etc., complete with standard specification

Supplying and fixing M.S.grill to doors, special windows and ventilators etc as directed by the departmental officers inclusive of cost of MS grill including one of cost red oxide and fixing in position etc., complete (as per the schedule of rate) SL.NO.182 Q3

SPECIAL PLASTERING and finfishing all the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cement mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standarad specification.

PLASTERING walls with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete.

Flooring with Ceramic tiles of size 300x300x6mm using cement mortor 1:3 mix using 12mm thick and colour pigment with white cement pointing etc.,including cost for materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design, slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge - 10cum

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size (23cm X23cmX2cm) approved quality in cement mortar 1:3.12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS @ 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Painting the new walls in two coats with interior Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality over one coat of primer including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers

Supply and fixing of cudapah stone slab 50mm thicknees for cupboard arrangement including polishing etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, rolling shutters, ventilators, window bars, balusters etc., with two coast best approved fresh quality and colour of synthatic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complying with standard specification

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator) SD 22

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 36

Supply and fixing PVC rain water pipe 110mm .4 KSC /CM2 including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.
