Cleaning of equalizing tank /grit chamber/ oil grease chamber/stilling chamber of Sewage Water in the tank and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortor 1:3 where required all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at Pinto Park for Sewage tank of size upto (10mtr height x 6 mtr (Length) and 6 Mtr Width) . Note: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/MCD (c ) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. Cleaning of Treated water tank with chemical contact tank of size upto (5 mtr x 7 mtr x 5 mtr) STP by removing of all deposited sludge, scale or other unwanted materials from the tank by any means and removing the same away from site not less than 5 KM from the Cantt area and after cleaning, washing and scraping the wall with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. Removal of MBBR media from MBBR tank, Tube settler media from tube settler tank, Filter media for DMF and ACF filters and reloading the same after cleaning.

Supply and pouring Bio media made of plastic and corrugated shape in MBBR-1 & MBBR-2 tanks as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for CI butterfly valve of 25 mm bore, stainless steel disc, gear mountable as per IS 13095 class PN-1.6 complete with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket including taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 16-32 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 8-16 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 4-8 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material for replacement of activated carbon IV 1000 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out complete pebbles from the filter and and refilling the same pebbles after washing /cleaning thoroughly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing sluice valve of class PN-1.6 ISI marked flanged end drilled type with stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top including nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and jointing material etc for size 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 23 above but 150mm bore

Carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under:- (a) carry ing out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 mandatory for chemical , colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD,COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical nitrogen(NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organism per 100ml (MPN) and Ecoli in 100ml (b) Treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characterstics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre (iii) COD: < 150 mg/litre (iv) Ph: 6.5 -8.5 (v) Total coliform: < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Resudual CI> 1 mg/litre Rest of the characterstic of the treated water shall be as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 Note:- Rate quoted shall also deemed to be included for:- (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required (ii) To and fro Transportation charges for collection of sample (iii) Test report should be from Nationalized approved Laboratiries. All cost and expenditure will be borne by contractor and deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying , jointing, welding & testing MS pipe ( Heavy duty Class 'C') including fitting as required of 125 mm bore laid in treches or laying on floor for connecting to various STP accessories and to connect outgoing water main including taking down the unserviceable pipe and fittings all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- MS flange and flange joint complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item

Overhauling of air compressure coupled with blower motor 15 HP capacity Installed at Sewage treatment plant including necessary arrangement to transporting to workshop fro re-grinding of shaft , oiling ,greasing etc and necessary replacement of wornout bolts ,nuts ,washers, silencer, belt drivers, pressure guage, air-filter, bearings, shaft , rings etc . Re-assembling the compressure with blower motor , commissioning and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Supply only compressure oil suitable for air blowers all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge Make : Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Powermate.

Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make 3 to 5 HP from electric mains by isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, dis-couple from pump etc opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers if necessiates of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 3 to 5HP (defective motor taken out in item No. 38 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 3 to 5HP , 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of Ball bearing of the electric motor upto 5HP 3 phase complete all as directed. Make: SKF/TATA/NBC.

M&L for replacement of MS Shaft of the electric motor upto 5 HP 440 Volts complete all as directed.

Taking out defective pump set of any type, any make (raw sewage pump set) of capacitry upto 10 HP (3 phase) by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection, and disconnecting from electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and carry out minor repair at site, in case major repair/replacement of parts not possible at site, the pump shall be shifted to contractor's workshop on his own cost, and re-fixing, re-connecting in position, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of nuts bolts washers as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective part by new one shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity upto 10 HP and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 10 HP , 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint to exposed Filter media tank (ACF and DMF) at STP installations as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writing/marking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply fixing and arranging tube deck media made of plastic and sqaure shape in tube settler as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for painting to exposed CI/GI/MS pipr lines including sluice valves, fittings and NRVs at STP/ Water supply installations as per specified coulour code after cleaning and scrapping out old paint all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil/ hard standing/ metallic road getting out and leveling the bottom surface to required gradient for laying of water supply mains all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for run lead joints for CI pipe 200 mm bore dia spigot & soketed/CI fittings including all jointing material required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, electrically,isolating the existing unserviceable MCCB TP of any make and capacity and Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning MCCB 250 Amp, TP and breaking capacity 36 KA fixed in existinig panel including necessary modification conforming to relevant IS including all joining & connecting material all as specified.

S&F in repair LED tube light fitting ,1x20w,230v complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. Make: Havells/ Legrand/Wipro/ Havells Cat Part No LUMILINEBS20WLED865SPCWH or equivalent.

S&F 1100volt grade service cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor of size 6 sq mm 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangars not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular including dismantling of existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply connecting testing and commissioning submersible cable with copper conductor, stranded of size 6 sqmm 3 core complete including dismantling the old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lifting, cleaning and refixing of square or rectangular air grids for aeration in Equilization tank, MBBR Tank I and II to ensure fine bubbles dispersion with SS pipe of size 50mm dia, the pipes submerged in sewage shall all be of SS pipe connected with necessary flanges to MS pipes all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The following MoU will be provided by the contractor from the OEM:- (i) The tenderer shall upload and submit original copy of MOU executed / made with OEM such as M/s Hydrotech paryavaran India Pvt Ltd or M/s ION Exchange or M/s Sombansi Enviro Engg Pvt. Ltd. (SEEPL) or M/s SIMA Labs Pvt Ltd before the scheduled bid opening date. (ii) The MOU shall be executed / made as per specimen MOU given here-in-after. (iii) Please note that in absense of MOU executed as per specimen MOU, price bid will not be opened. Specimen of MOU We, M/s [Name of the OEM] do hereby undertake the followings:- (i) STP will be repaired under guidance & supervision of our experts and it will be ensured that plant is repaired and recommissioned by approved workmen. (ii) We will submit the report for the efficient functioning of the plant. (iii) We will ensure that the test result of the treated water comply with the paramenters given in the contract agreement. (iv) We will provide commited technical support in the advert of any requirement of the same and proper operator training will be provided in order to run the plant effectively. Note :- (a) Inspection report of OEM shall be enclosed with each payment details, failing which no payment shall be made to the contractor. (b) The contractor's rates shall be deemed to be included for above aspect. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
