To Qualify for award of this contract the Tenderer must have valid Class III & Above Contractors Registration Certificate, registered in KPWD / MES / CPWD as on the Date of Tender Notification. Scanned copy of Valid contractors Registration Certificate.
To Qualify for award of this contract the tenderer in his name should have, in the last five financial years ( i.e. during the years 2020-21,2021-2022 , 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25) achieved in at least One financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.6.87Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ).Scanned copy of audited profit / loss statement of at least One financial years in which minimum financial turnover of Rs.6.87 Lakhs. is achieved . (Certified by Auditor/Chartered Accountant only. Statement issued by others will not qualify for Eligibility).
To Qualify for award of this contract the assessed available tender capacity of the tenderer should be more than the amount put to tender. Note: The bid capacity of the tenderer is calculated based on the formula. Assessed Available Tender Capacity (A X N x 2.5) B) WhereA Maximum value of Civil Engineering works, (updated to the financial year of Tender invited), executed in any one year during the last five years. (Completed as well as works in progress).B Value at price level (updated to the financial year of tender invited) of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next two years.N Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which tender is invited. 2.5 Multiplying factor for Regular tenders.The Bidder/Contractor must also submit Turnover details of any one financial year of the last 5 years (maximum value) (during the year 2020-21,2021-22 , 2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25) duly certified by Tax Auditor / Chartered Accountant for calculation of Bid Capacity. Tenders which are not Accompanied with turnover certificate will be Rejected.The Bidder/Contractor must submit details of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed in the prescribed format only (Annexure-B). Details of the works which have been completed and final bill is yet to be settled should also be provided In Case the Bidder does not have any existing Commitments, the same should be indicated as NIL in the prescribed formatDetails submitted in any other format or submission of document in which the Bidder himself has calculated the Bid capacity will not be considered and will not qualify for Eligibility. If Profit & Loss statement is not submitted, Bid capacity cannot be calculated and hence will not qualify for Eligibility
