Drilling Borewells any where in Thanjavur Municipality limit including transportation from one place to another place within the above area in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand, stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc.by first taking a pilot bore of 140mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using contractors rig,fuel labour,drilling,bentonite mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers including construction of mud pit upto 60M depth ending below ground level - using galxy set.

Upto 90 mts to 120mts. Depth ending below ground level.

Reaming from 150mm dia pilot bore to 300m dia bore as directed by the department officer upto 60m depth ending below ground level.

Supplying and delivery of 150mm dia MW Plain PVC casing pipe suitable for medium wells with standard approved quality and brand etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and delivery of 150mm MW PVC Slot casing pipe suitable for medium wells with standard approved quality and brand etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and delivery of 160mm dia PVC end cap as per ISI specifications.

Labour charges for inserting PVC casing pipe (with slots without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with cement paste etc., complete and supplying and packing of annular space with pebbles as per standard specification.

Charges for developing the borewells with air compressor of 300 CFM capacity including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by 'V' notch methods.

Supply and delivery of 2.5 sq.mm submersible PVC Insulated and sheathed 3core flat type copper cable of ISI specifications.

Supply and delivery of 32mm dia UPVC - Column pipe etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of Nylon Rope for Bore well etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and delivery of "32mm" SS Coller Bush the rate including all cost of materials and labour etc. complete.

Supply and delivery of 20mm dia Bend,coupler etc…complete as per standard specification

Supply and delivery of 32mm dia U PVC ball valve with one side compression end and other side female end as per ISO 4422-4 and Tested as per BS 6920 in WRC-NSF LTD, UK,size : 20mm ODx1/2"ID, 25mm ODX1/2"ID and 32mm OD X 3/4" ID

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming toIS 8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable ofdischarging noted LPM against head of water olumn due to all causes. The pumpshall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SSimpeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two pole suitable wet typevertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase 230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 %

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 andas amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/single Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 230 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection,Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push buttonswitches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulatedcable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitoris to be taken separately).

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter,Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains
