Removing of Existing GI sheets of all sizes from existing roofs or cladding at all levels including scaffolding and disposal or unserviceable surplus material and stacking of serviceable material within 100 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runers, conection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safely features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concelled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 - Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactred from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and applying first cost of primer with ready mixed red oxide primer and second coat of primer with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer and third coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer on steel works including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
