Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge: With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) (HSR 30.16.1)

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (HSR 11.1.1)

10mm thick cement plaster: 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) (HSR 11.4.2)

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (HSR 11.26.1)

Lime surkhi pointing 2:3 weathered and struck on brick and tile work (HSR 11.31)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work (HSR 30.28.1)

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of white washing with lime (HSR 11.62.1)

Providing and laying of conglomerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete topping 1 :2:4 (HSR 10.8)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete (30.35.2)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade (HSR 30.24)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 1O kg/sqm) (HSR 30.54.1)

Providing and laying of marble chips skirting up to 30 cm height, rubbed and polished to granolithic finish, top layer 6 mm thick with white, black, chocolate, grey, yellow or green marble chips of sizes from smallest to 4 mm nominal size, laid in cement marble powder mix 3:1 (3 cement : 1 marble powder) by weight in proportion of 4:7 (4 cement marble powder mix : 7 marble chips) by volume : 18 mm thick with under layer 12 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) :Ordinary cement without any pigment (HSR 10.25.1.6)

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (HSR 30.9)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately}: Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood- 35 mm thick shutters (HSR 12.7.2.1)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick (HSR 10.37.1)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete (HSR 10.38)

Providing and fixing of marble stone flooring with 16 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with: Makrana white second quality (HSR 10.44.1)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete (HSR 10.57)

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weigh not less than 1O kg/sqm) (HSR 30.55.1)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.36.1)

30 mm thick shutters: With ISi marked stainless steel butt hinges of- Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood (HSR 12.19.2.2.2)
