Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power), complete excluding fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts, FRLS grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC Casing and Caping with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for one light or fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : New Switches, sockets, fan regulators etc if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

Taking doen carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fitting, bulkhead fitting, tubelight fittings, and regulators etc. for and refixing serviceable fittings/fixtures and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including making good surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the main power supply to distribution box and making proper dressing of SPN/TPN/VTPN MCB/MCCB DBs of preconnected MCBs by replacing screws of DB covers, earth wires, and other necessary connecting items and dressing of wires inside the DB with cable tie complete all as directed.

S&F in repair ventilating fans AC single phase 230/240 Volts of size 250mm sweep with louver shutter with frame including necessary fixing accesssories writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint with 2cm high letter and connecting up including provision of three core copper flexible cable with flexible wire cover of plastic white in colour , connecting from ceiling rose to fan terminal complete all as specified and as directed. Make Usha Model CRISP AIR LX Exhaust Fan or equivalent as approved.

Taking down fan of any type/make and size of AC ceiling fan, carefully from fan hook, and transporting from any location inside army area to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location after repairing complete all as specified and as directed.

Strip opening of ceiling fan 1200 /1400 mm sweep, cleaning thoroughly bush & ball bearing by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blades with caustic soda thoroughly, provision of fresh greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) reassembling the same and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only ball bearing of size 6201/6202 for any type/make of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep all as directed. (Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI)

Supply only fan capacitor 2.5 Mfd suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep all as directed. (Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI)

Supply only rubber reels including shackle clamp, bolts, nuts, washers split pins of appropriate size as required.

Supply only plastic canopy upper & lower of any size and make of ceiling fan fixed with suitable size of screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 200mm to 300mm sweep of any make and transporting from any location inside army area to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location carefully after repairing, washing by petrol ,greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only.

Cutting the existing copper winding of AC exhaust fan 200mm to 300mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mtrs long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials incl varnishing, heating and drying complete incl satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs exhaust fan louver of out side building including making necessary arrangement like ladder/scaffholding etc and drilling of hole for fitting of exhaust fan louver complete all as specified and as directed.
