Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead up to 7.5 metre long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washer etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point through protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab of 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, with 8 mm dia TMT bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade ,wire mesh and lugs, including test point including cable connected with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and within built air ionizer and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of Single pole & neutral enclosure 20 Amps & 240 V with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB 20 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc of capacity up to 62.5 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Retrofit for emission control device for 62.5/63 KVA DG Set of any make/vintage. NOTE: (a) Above scope of work includes complete supply of device along with control panel at site. (b) Installation of the RECD device on the diesel Genset. (c) RECD test and DG on load commissioning after fitment of RECD. (d) All related activities to ensure RECD is supplied, installed and commissioned on the DG Set. (e) Providing of certificate from any of 1 of the 5 labs stating that the RECD reduces PM 2.5% and makes the DG Set compliant to the CAQM directive all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cables/ erection of pole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with hard/dense soil not exceeding 25 cm thick in each layer complete as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surphlus soil to a distance not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning with a layer of river sand 23 cm thick under and above the cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of sub class 'B' burnt bricks for cable protection complete as specified as directed

Labour and transport for shifting of following DG set and their LT panel of any capacity from one location to another location up to 10 Km with the help of mechanical transport and re-connecting all the LT connection at new location all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:- (a) 100 KVA DG Set

(b) All as per item No 17 hereinbefore but 30 KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.

Installation commissioning of DG set and connected accessories at site (LT panel) and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for DG Set foundation for 100 KVA DG Set for the following DG set with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation(using 40mm graded stone aggregate), brick work in cm 1:6 and rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, including necessary earth work for all as specified and as directed. Note :- Foundation of DG should be 45cm more than outer cover of DG set Length x Width

All as per item No 20 hereinbefore but 30 KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB TPN 4 way harizontal type with double door type 415 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar with IP42 protection for housing MCBs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB SPN 12 way harizontal type with double door type 240 volts with 200 Amps rated bus bar with IP42 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of in replacement of MCB TPN 415 volts, 10KA 'C' curve 63 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of in replacement of MCB single pole 240 volts 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 32 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches/walls/Roads for cable protection.

Fixing only transfer Geyser of capacity 25 Litres at various location including hot and cold PVC pipe, nut and bolts for hanging and including necessary plumbing work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only transfer Air Conditioning of capacity 1.5 Ton after servicing and filling refrigent at various location including all connected accessories such as copper inlet/outlet pipe up to 3 metre and necessary electrical work all as specified and directed.
