PARTICLE BOARD: Supplying, Providing and Fixing 12 mm thick cement bonded particle board conforming to IS- 14276 of approved make and shade of approved design including cost of screws etc. complete, in aluminum frame work at various elevations including finishing etc. complete as per specifications, drawings and instructions of the Engineer. (Note:- Aluminum frame work shall be paid in relevant item).

ALUMINIUM STRUCTURAL WORK: Providing and erecting including assembling, fitting and fixing of 3 mm wall thickness anodized frame work of approved colour for glazed partition, laminated gypsum board /Bison Panel, partition, glazed doors and windows at various elevations (excluding glazing / gypsum board/ Bison Panel), including beveled glazed chip, neoprene gasket, wool pile weathering, louver panels and other fittings and fixture like Al. door handles, Al. tower bolts, Al. aldrops, Al. door stopper, etc. as required, along with necessary arrangements to fit the frame with concrete / masonry, mastic caulking, grouting, all labour and materials etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note:- Payment will be made on weight of anodized aluminum section used for works. No separate payment will be made for providing and fixing of Neoprene Gasket / Wool pile weathering and otherfitings, fixtures required as per fitting and fixtures schedule, however, payment for floor spring, glazing , Gypsum Board Bison panel shall be made under relevant item.

Providing & Fixing of the quality fittings Sliding door bolts of 16mm dia 300 mm long with necessary nuts & screws etc.: Anodized Aluminium as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of medium duty hydrolically regulated door closer of type-2, suitable for left or right or universal with necessary screws/ nuts, bolts etc. complete as Directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing Godrej mark Euro Profile Handle Set-240 mm Universal/Supreme(Gold) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of make Godrej/Dorma or equivialent, for doors, including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single place M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge : With stainless steel cover plate.

Providing and fixing aluminum hanging floor door stopper ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete: Single rubber stoper as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing verrtical blinds of make ALASKA of approved shade with all standard fixing arrangments including cost of drilling holes, fixing screws, handling etc. all complete as directed by engineer.

Providing and fixing retro-reflective Cautionary, Mandatory & Informatory sign boards of required size and shape made out of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting, Letters symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC : 67 with required colors scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A as per specification and as approved by Engineer In charge. Note: Structural steel support of specified configuration as required for installing sign - boards shall be paid separately under relevant items.

MODULAR TILE FALSE CEILING: Providing and fixing False ceiling in line and level using approved make mineral fibre modular tiles based false ceiling system having tile module of size 600 mm x 600 mm x15 mm thick, all as per manufacture's specifications and at all elevations. The frame work system shall be made of powder coated G.I. T-Section of size 38 mm x 25 mm x 0.33mm, cross T-section of size 25 mm x 25 mm and wall angle of size 25x25x0.4mm fixed with wall or existing framework. The rate shall be inclusive of making frame cutouts/opening for light fitting, Diffusers, Spot lights, smoke Detectors, water Sprinklers, Speaker etc. Note: 1. Contractor to quota the item rate based on make USG or equivalent, Panel Type Radar, Edge Detail FLB, Grid system Omega. 2. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour etc. for the finished work and also includes the making provisions for necessary arrangements for cutouts required for providing lighting, fixture, grills, diffuses, spot lights, smoke detectors, water sprinklers, speakers etc. 3. No deduction will be made for the above cutouts.

ACP False Ceiling: Providing and fixing ACP( Aluminum Composite Panel) false ceiling system at all heights, 600 mm x 600 mm in size, 4mm thick polyethylene filled panel with both side Aluminum coil of 0.25 mm thickness finished by PVDF coating. Access false ceiling panels shall be in square shape, have adequate fire resistance properties. The frame work of ACP Access system shall be made of powder coated G.I. T- Section of size 38 mm x 25 mm x 0.33mm, cross T- section of size 25 mm x 25 mm and wall angle of size 25x25x0.4mm fixed with wall or existing framework . The ACP false ceiling panels of ALSTONE or equivalent make. Shade of ACP panel and frame work shall be got approved by Engineer. Note:- 1. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour etc. for the finished work and also includes the making provisions for necessary arrangements for cutouts required for providing lighting, fixture, grills, diffuses, spot lights, smoke detectors, water sprinklers, speakers etc. 2. Gyp Board False Ceiling : Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction,including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to all/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge with in cluding painting in two coats or more with acrylic emulssion of approved make and colour : 12.5 mm thick Gyp board Gyprock-MR (moisture repellent) or cement bonded particle board (MR) Square / tapered edge false ceiling using M.F. suspended ceiling system confirming to Gyp 6.5. Supply & Fixing of Gal Valume sheeting over truss, Color complying to ASTM A792, base metal thickness 0.80mm, alloy coating AZ 150 (Aluminium 55%, Zin 43.50% and Silicon 1.5%),Yield Strength: 350 MPA, Paint coating regular modified polyster top coat 25 microns & bottom coat 12 microns epoxy, top color: Combination of Blue and Off White and bottom color grey. The Steel Sheet shall be 3'-0" (914mm) width which shall be curved and moulded at site using mechanical press and dies to the desired shape to form 2'-0" (605mm) wide interlocking panels. These panels shall be erected in position and the joints are seamed with gasket etc. whenever is required. The installation should be done by mechanized system. (Mesurment to be paid actul area of sheet as per site. Over lap of sheet area not to be paid.)

Supplying and fixing of of side panels on wall/column paneling to consist of 37.5 mm x 50 mm treated teak wood frame work at spacing not exceeding 600 mm bothway ( horizontal and vertical). panelling framework to be secured to wall surface / column surface. Paneling frame work to be clad on one side with 8 mm thick commercial ply finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate including skirting of 100 mm high & 12 mm x 12 mm groove at skirting level. same as above but for veneer finish including melamine polish etc. all complete

Diluting Chlorpyriphos E.C. 20% to 1% concentration (add of 19 ltr water to 1 ltr of Chlorpyriphos E.C.20%) for pre-constructional anti termite treatment (excluding cost of chemical emulsion). Anti termite treatment of soil under floors and apron on the top surface of filled earth within and along with the plinth walls @ 5 ltr / sqm of the surface before the sand / sub grade is laid. Holes upto 50 to 75 mm deep at 150mm centers both ways including at the junction of wall and floor shall be made with crow bars on the surface to facilitate saturation of the soil with chemical emulsion complete as per direction of engineer in charge. Note:- payment shall be made on the basis of the plan area of the surface treated excluding the plan area of intervening beam & walls.

Supply and install high-quality curtains, including the curtain rod, secure brackets, curtain rings/hooks, and decorative finials. Properly fit the curtains, ensuring a seamless appearance, and weights for optimal functionality. Install wall anchors as necessary for additional stability. Perform final adjustments for perfect alignment and complete the installation with a thorough clean-up of the area.
