Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-31 (9 meter long) complete. (Note Excavation & Earth work and PCC foundation/base shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this BoQ)

M&L for spray painting on existing steel surface of Panel/FPB/JB etc with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including one coat of red oxide on rusted area after proper cleaning and prepration of old painted surfaces steel / Iron of any description with spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Painting of panels / feeder filler boxes shall be carried out in different colour of paints as required at site and as directed).

M&L for repair/serviceing and comprehensive maintenance of Air Circuit breaker (ACB) of make (Make: L&T/Legrand/C&S/ABB/Schneider) and any capacity by disconnecting the breaker from existing position and detecting the fault, replacement the defective parts with new one and , commossioning and testing the following :- (a) Tripping coil, spring holder. (b) Push buttom. (c) Contactor (d) Trip coil Supervision (e) Aux switch (f) UVT Coil (g) Miss insertion preventer, (h) Control terminal protection cover (j) Mechanical interlock etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of any size and any position from trenches, floors and wall and segrate the serviceable portion cable for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manual or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size 100 mm pipe for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable cable of any size retrieved here-in-above item after detecting the fault and making straight through jointing kit of 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Necessary excavation,returning filling, removal of soil and straight through joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Note : No extra cost for PCC, Excavation of Looping cable should be paid to the contractor separately.

M&L for precast cement concrete RCC (1:2:4 type B-1 route indicator of size 150x150x600mm with 8 mm dia steel einforcement @ 100 c/c both ways duly engraved " LT CABLE/LT JOINT /FEEDER NO " with two coats synthetic enamel paint first quality fixd with (PCC 1:3:6) below ground level of size 30x30x300mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted unit rate is deemed to be included the necessary cost of excavation, returning filling and removal etc.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 1,00,273.00. The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
