Note : 1. The contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. All requisite safely measures are to be adopted by contractor on site. 3. The contractor shall provide and deploy sufficient manpower (as approved by GE / Engineer in charge) shall report at 9:00 hrs to JE E/M / Engineer in Charge to collect the complaints job card in working days and complete the same completed within 24 Hrs. 4. The complaints shall be rectified within 24 Hrs if the complaints is/are not attended / not completed within 24 Hrs (Except repair/replacement of major items) recovery will be done at Rs 500 per complaint per day. 5. After completion of job work complaint, the contractor has to produce job card duly signed by user & JE / Engineer in Charge. 6. If contractor failed to provide their electrician to attend the complains then recovery will be done at Rs 1000 per day. 7. The contractor should procure minimum 50% of the materials for all items as per BOQ (Other than paints) mentioned in this CA, within 20 days after getting sample approval and kept in safe custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of work. If contractor fail to complete the work within contract due to lack of fittings a penalty of 20% shall be applicable on quoted rates by the contractor. 8. In repair works, rate quoted for demolition /dismantling /taking down is deemed to be inclusive of removing the same from site and station. 9. In maintenance works, the contractor should maintain separate registers for repair works. Day to day complaints should be noted in those registers with SI nos of complaints, location qty of work, status of complaints and signature of in charge and stamp of the office. Formal will be given from concern AGE office. The contractor should obtain the signature of in charge on the same day of work. These register to be submitted to JE (E/M) on every weekend without fail. 10. The contracts involving working at elevated locations of buildings, contractor should ensure proper safety arrangements as per norms. Wearing safety belts and helmets are mandatory. A penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be recovered from contractor if safety norms are not followed. 11. The plumbing complaints resulting wastage of water should be rectified within 12 working hours and if contractor fail to fulfill this, a recovery of 10% of rate quoted for relevant item will be charged from contractor in this regard. 12. After completion of work, no stores/debris/ loose items be kept at work site or dumped inside station . Entire area to be cleared and waste material be taken outside from the station .

Dismantiling of mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for completed all as directed.

S&F angle/ flate iron/chanel framed work such as iron gate, ladder, SWT frame, grills, gratings,framed guard bars, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F Double legged informatory sign board as double side fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on square pipe. The boards shall be high intensitive grade retro reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green / Blue or any approved colour as per IRC standards complete all as specified and directed. Note:- A. The Boards shall be made of Alco bond sheet as required size of 1.5 mtr X 1.2 mtr. Retro reflective sheeting is fixed on this Alco bond sheets with suitable adhesive. The letter writing (as directed) is done with computerised cut machine and fixed on this retro reflective sheeting. This board is mounted on the MS frame and fixed on the frame with POP revets. B. The treated sewage shall have following characteristics :- (a) pH = 6.5 to 8.5 (b) Suspeded solids = Less than 10 mg/l (c) Total dissolved solids (d) C.O.D = Less than 30 mg/l (e) BOD( 3 days at 27 degree C) mg/l = Less than 3 mg/l (f) Oil & Grease = Less than 1 mg/l (g) Faecal Coli form MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200 (h) Total Coli form MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200 (i) Faecal streptococci MPN/ 100 ml, maximum = Less than 200

Notes:- 1. Any other parameters required by Pollution Control Board shall be complied by the Contractor at no extra cost. The contractor shall submit the report contirming the above parameters for the testing of treated water on monthly basis from reputed/ Govt. approved Laboratory, The test report of treated water shall confirming the above parameters within the permissible limit of (+/-) 5%. Contractor will provide monthly testing of sewage inlet & outlet water of all STP's containing following parameter : PH value, Total suspended solids, oil & grease, BOD, COD as per IS 3025 (P-1) - 1987 from Govt / State Lab or approved NABL, Accredited laboratory and rate of same is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. 2. Contractor will provide all testing instrument and a test lab in installation for instant testing at installation / STP for BOD incubator PH value, Temperature controller, Digital Nephelo tubidity meter digital TSD meter Digital PH meter and digital water marker in water testing lab testing, display chart on lab. No extra amount shall be paid for test lab & testing instrument

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft / loose dense soil, including removal of Bushes, grass, weeds, shrubs alongwith roots etc. and cleaning of all the area i.e surroundings of Sewage Treatment Plant of capicity 500 KLD - 01 No and surroundings of Sewage wells at diefferent locations i.e rear of Gurudwara - 01 No, near swimming pool - 01 No, near Krishna Mandir - 01 No( at AFS Begumpet Area) including treating the area by spraying anti vegetarian growth chemicals, including taking away all the waste from site and burning all as directed. all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the delivery pipe line of Non Clog Vertical Submersible Pump set of any capicity from sewage well, lifting / taking out of GI column Pipes of any dia including submersible cable and defective submersible pump set from bore well for servicing / repairs and lowering of repaired submersible pump set with GI column pipe of any dia, submersible cable etc. complete in the sewage well at various sites. The job is inclusive of M&L for disconnecting and jointing of submersible cable, disconnecting and reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to sewage wells, testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of sewage complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs & Servicing of defective Pump of Non Clog Vertical Submersible of capacity upto 30 HP by dismantling the pump & replacinig unserviceable parts, assemble the pump properly, testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rate are inclusive of trasporting the pump from bore well site to repair work shop & back to site. (ii) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. Dismantling existing unserviceable of Twin lobe Air Blower 350 cum / hr replacing defective components, carrying out servicing, assembling completely and test run blower to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate are inclusive of transporting the blower to repair work shop & back to site. (ii) The rates are inclusive of turning / finishing work for fixing of parts properly. (iii) The replacement of unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (v) The rates are inclusive of testing the blower at STP installation for satisfactory functioning / running.

Taking down the existing unserviceable Twin lobe Air Blower 350 cum / hr and supply and fix complete blower assembly as per the existing make or as approved by Engr - in -Charge including supply & fix suitable size of V-Belt, supply and fill gear oil of suitable grade matching with the specifications of blower/OEM, assembling completely with existing 15 HP motor and test run the blower to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included complete cost of transportation, labour, Spare parts, components, tools, and commisioning to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the delivery & suction pipe line of monoblock / centrifugal pump / Induction Motor of any capacity from 500 KLD STP , unscrewing foundation nuts, bolts and disconnecting electric supply, lifting / taking out defective pump set for repairs and re-installation of repaired pump set & connecting suction and delivery pipes & making electrical connections, tightening of foundation nuts & bolts after proper alignment.
