Taking down ceiling fans of any make and sweep from ceiling hook/existing position complete including disconnecting and transporting to workshop for repairs all as specified and as directed.

Servicing/ over hauling of ceiling fan of any make and sweep including labour cost for dismantling,replacement of worn out spare parts,reassembling and testing for smooth functioning all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only under items of Sch 'A' (b) Labour cost for replacement of worn out spare parts deemed to include in the unit rate quoted.

Supply only down rod 60cm long suiatable for ceiling fan complete all as directed.

Supply only down rod 100cm long suiatable for ceiling fan complete all as directed.

Taking down storage water heater of any make and any capacity complete from existing position including disconnecting all connection, dismantling and keep aside for repairs and reassembling and refixing all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in existing position of thermostat for Geyser any type including taking down U/S thermostat all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hot water/cold water connection pipe of 600mm length with check nuts and washers in existing position including taking down old u/s all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper siphon assembly suitable for 50 ltr capacity geysers any make and type as required at site of approved make complete with inlet and outlet and provision for thermostat pipe with drain pipes with drain plug, screws, studs, clamps for fixing heating elements etc. including gasket all as specified and as directed incl taking down U/S siphon assembly.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring aluminuim conductor of any size along with earth wire of any sizes.
