20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing hard board ceiling, sheet of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) Standard Quality board 6mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 1 mm thick

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Carriage of sand including loading unloading & stacking complete of average lead Mechanical Transport by 20 km

Carriage of stone aggregates below 40 mm size including loading unloading & stacking complete of average lead Mechanical Transport by 20 km
