FURNITURE WORK

Providing & fixing of Fire Rated 40mm thick flush doors single leaf shutter made out of perimeter railing of Hard Wood as per fire rating specification of size 100mm x 22mm and infill of ceramic blanket (fire rated cloth) faced with 0.25mm thick face veneer & 2.5 mm thick 4 layers of core veneer. The fire Doors shall be as per IS: 5509-2000 with 60 minutes fire rating duly tested for Integrity & Insulation Criteria as per the IS 5509 with standard heating conditions as specified in IS:3809 - 1979 to achieve the required integrity & insulation (i.e. to restrict the heat radiation, temperature rise on the non-fire side to the maximum of 140 degree Centigrade above the ambient temperature on the unexposed surface of the shutter), with required cutting & modification works including fixing of 4 mm thick veneer of approved shade as per given drawings including melamine polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in- Charge. The rate also include door frame made of MR grade plywood with veneer finish and melamine polish complete in all respect. - Door shutter will be Fire rated with 60 minutes rating alongwith the test certificate. - Door Hardware shall be paid for separately .
