Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, walls and parapet walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or corvered on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing from roof slab and cleaning the roof slab including roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per sqm meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in padding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick rendering on top of roof slab in cement mortar 1:4 by using water proofing compound @3% by the weight of cement, finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying liquid Polyurea-PU based hybrid elastomeric water proofing membrane at existing/newly constructed roofs, RCC structure like basement raft, retaining wall, water retaining structure, tunnels/subways and bridge deck etc. in two or more coats. The product must have pot life of >90 mins., tensile strength > 12.6 Mpa, elongation of > 500% conforming to ASTM D 2370 & puncture resistance of >200 N as per ASTM E 154 with min. consumption of 1.5 Kg per sqm for 1.2mm DFT in two- three coats. The surface needs to be primed with water soluble self impregnated epoxy primer in two coats to be applied @ 200-250 gms/sqm/coat prior to Polyurea -PU application. Further more, (in case the substrate is not suitable) 15mm plaster is advisable for surface prepration before application of the water proofing membrane to avoid pinholes or functional difficulties of the system (Make - Asian Paints, BASF & SIKA) Note:- The application shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacture with a letter of proof stating the authenticity of the applicator firm.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 20mm bore galvanized iron steel tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, sockets, tees, reducers etc, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors, including cutting through wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 20mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing water storage tanks any capacity including all fittings and re-fixing in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, hoist and fixing in position, 500 litres capacity HDPE rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) triple layer white or black colour, ISI marked conforming to IS 12701, double layered including supply and fixing 20mm dia, 450mm long GI washout pipe (medium grade) with plug and 20mm dia, 600mm long overflow GI pipe (medium grade) with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of 100mm dia drain pipes (SGSW/AC/PVC) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing paint by scrapping with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sanding paper of 60/80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty @ 1.0 Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Step 1 : Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400 W power havinng mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute) or equivalent Step 2 : Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 227 bar having maximum tip size 0.039" Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Step 4: Apply second coat of the prepared mixer manually to make to smooth to make the finish even. Step 5: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare Wall Sander: L- 01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM between 600-1500, sannding paper of 180 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying one coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of acrylic washable distemper @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min.1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of cement based paint @ 1.5 kgs /10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 5:3 ratio applied over primimg coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalant having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 2 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs facia etc by necessary preparation, scarping, cutting, chiseling de-rusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete (1:1½:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with expended metal/welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per sqm but n. exc. 3 kg per sqm with or without facia and finished with cement and sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand and work in patches area n. exc. 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC member n. exc. 70 mm including necessary form work and applying two coats of cement base paint of tint matching with the existing surfaces, work in building at any height as directed, complete all as specified. Note : 1. Welded mesh to be paid separately. 2. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be included for scaffolding etc. 3. Engineer-in-charge shall ensure to get the complete work executed against this term before submission of completion.
