Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall/stone tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing broken tiles and rubbish off the premises from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete or stone and ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down existing 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections,including clreaning for refixing or removal, fixed/laid in any situation, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipe (SGSW/PVC/RCC etc) set in cement mortar of internal dia 75mm taking out of trenches and taking down from walls, if required complete all as specified and directed.
