(Inclusive of EPF/CMPF)

All Preparatory job for the Guide rope-32mm dia

Un -winding of winch rope & lowering the same over head gear pulley up to pit top.

Fixing the free end of guide rope with the winch rope & raising the guide rope upto headgear pulley and lower the guide rope upto pit top

New guide rope and winch rope together with the help of ‘U’ clamp and coir string at pit top

Lowering the New Guide rope

Clamping the new guide rope with winch rope by person going inside the cage

After lowering the guide rope up to pit bottom and taking excess guide rope for clamping below pit bottom

Loose new guide rope tightening with the help of winch rope

New guide rope fixing with eye bolt at headgear structure

‘U’ Bolt and coir string disengaged from guide rope all through pit top to pit bottom by person going inside cage

Making/fabrication, welding & machining of Guider rope Tensioning Arrangement spring loaded type assembly to be fitted at the Headgear platform frame of the mine shaft. Included materials details as follow:- i). Spring cover (inner & outer)-------------------------- 1 sst : ii). Spring (Heavy duty) ----------------------------------- 1no : iii). ‘I’ Bolt (connecting) spring & gland. ---------------- 1no : iv). Link plates with 4nos bolt & nut. ----------------– 4nos : v). Gland (in 2 halves contacting : tapered wedge in 2 nos). --------------------------- 1set, : vi). Coupling gland to join “I” Bolt and the gland. --- 1no. : vii). Cleaning of Sump at Pit bottom
