Notes for item No 01 to 45 : (i) Material required for white wash, cement base paint distemper, synthetic enamel paint, external weather proof paint internal emulson paint required as per company specificaton shall be brought in sealed pack/ container and kept in office store and shall be issued to the contractor when required as per consumption. (ii) Paint/White wash shall be carried out only after laying neccessary protection covers/ papers to avoid paint splashes on floors. (iii) Distemper/ emulsion / external emulsion/ synthetic enamel/ primer shall only applied with same brand rollers and tools as approved material make. (iv) Colour of paint may vary from building to building as order by GE without any extra cost to the Govt. (v) Weather proof painting on new surfaces and complete removal surfaces shall be done by authorised applicator and guarantee as per CA shall be obtained from applicator. (vi) The work has to be carried out in upto G+5th storeyed building. Necessary transportations and T&P required to complete the jobs/complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates by thecontractor against respective item of schedule 'A'. (vii) Contractor's supervisor will collect Bldg No from AGE B/R II Secundrabad office for daily bases at 9.00 AM and feedback should be provide same working day at 05.00 PM. After complition of work User/Occupant signature should done without fail. (viii) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ix) Work given in demolition debris shall be removed from the premiser the same of demolition to avoid inconvinice of resident. (x) Scraping putty rubing shall be done by smart care vaccum sander to avoid inconvinice to residents.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls/ ceiling, washing with water and applying two coats of OBD paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of primer over two coats of putty 1.5mm thick each layer each to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. Make:- TRACTOR EMULSION of ASIAN PAINTS /JOHNSON & NICHOLSON (JOHNSOLIN)/ BERGER PAINT Note:- (i) The putty surface should be finished even smooth and dent free before application of primer, stage passing shall be taken for each building at every stage. ii) Paint work should be carried out by Authorised applicator with brand waranty.

M&L in repair, fixing false ceiling with light weight 19mm thick mineral Armstrong tiles of size 595x595mm suspended on silhouette profile suspension system of grid made from hot dipped GI steel section notary stitched double webbed power coated white consisting of main T- runner 42mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick and cross T of size 33mmx14mm and 0.30mm thick placed at 60cm centre having width of flange 14mm with a 6mm reveal profile (Blace).
