Supplying and fixing in repairs DTGM board black colour with 4mm thick acrylic sheets of any size with 100 mm dia air pressure clearnace circle as required in each board complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective stickers of width 150mm of required length complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 63mm dia PVC pipe heavy duty (Class 5 - IS 4985) 10 kgf / cm² as vertical post for DTGM board with PVC caps at top and fixed with bushes and screws of required height complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs of 25mm dia PVC pipes 15 kgf / cm² (IS 4985) for connecting the vetical pipes and interconnection with PVC end caps and fixed with PVC bushes and screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors n.exc 150mm thickness and (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in edges of Runway for 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in edges of Runway for 40mm thick without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expend metal whilst concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing damaged filled sealing compound including polyethylene rod in Construction/Dummy joints by raking end using blow lamp and cleaning of Construction/Dummy joints of concrete pavement free from dust applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant, provision of polyethylene backup rod 8 to 10 mm dia in construction/dummy joint and sealed with COLPOR 200 polyurethane based sealing compound confirming to BS 5212 1990 o & BS -4254 and EN-141875-2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) or equivalent of approved colour after application of suitable primer and removing the masking tape after the sealant filling etc complete for construction / dummy joint 6mm to 8mm wide all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

Removing the existing damaged filled sealing compound including polyethylene rod in expansion joints by raking end using blow lamp and cleaning of expansion joints of concrete pavement free from dust applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant, provision of polyethylene backup rod 30mm dia in expansion joint and sealed with COLPOR 200 polyurethane based sealing compound confirming to BS 5212 1990 o & BS -4254 and EN-141875-2003 (for hydrolysis / water resistance test) or equivalent of approved colour after application of suitable primer and removing the masking tape after the sealant filling etc complete for expansion joint 25mm wide all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning the surface of runway with wire brush and air compressor making the surface free from dust,dirt,mud etc. and applying of PME and aggergates as follows complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying only polymer modified bitumen emulsion by spraying with truck mounted contrail and sprayer complete to uniformly apply one coat of PME at required pressure of PME 0.30 litre per Sqm for one coat diluted in ratio 1:1 (PME and water ) by volume and ensure uniform finish of flexible pavement. (b) Immediately following the application of the bitumen emulsion sand shall be spread uniformly over the bitumen emulsion. The aggregate shall be spread to specific areas where Micro/Macro texture needs correction and shall not be applied in such thickness as to cause blanketing. Note:- (i) Suitable measures to be taken to avoid spreadig/Splashing of emulsion to runway painting while applying the emulsion in flexible shoulder. (ii) If more than one coat required to be done each coat will be measured separetely. (iii) Work has to be carried out through authorised applicator only.

Material and labour for applying two coats of new painting with water based road marking paint including border marking white or golden yellow or any other colour as specified such as lines,dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavement and the like exceeding 10cm wide including preparartion of the runway surfaces by removing existing treated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
