Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, below floor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and getting out in soft/ loose soil including removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surrounding complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. but not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing of Fe-410W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing of Fe-500 grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing of Fe-500 grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 11 mm to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening of Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality- B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparating surfaces of any description of wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc., exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on any face of brick/concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed
