Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC Mode) work for Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) in ACTREC, Kharghar,Navi Mumbai

Construction of MLCP Building at ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Multi Level Car Parking (MLCP) in ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai all complete in EPC Mode I (Design and Build basis). The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work including planning, design, engineering, statutory clearance & construction & specifications, conditions, and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, ACTREC-TMC Note - The bidders are required to quote a consolidated amount of price for the entire scope of works as detailed in this NIT except GST which will be reimbursed at actuals as applicable in the prescribed format. The price shall remain firm during cost/currency of the contract. The quoted amount shall be deemed to include the cost of necessary plant & machinery, Qualified technical staff, other manpower, skilled & unskilled Labours, insurances, policy, labour compliances, ESIC, PF, Car policy, BOCW, loading, transporting and unloading the materials and using contractor’s vehicle etc. and all other expenditures which the contractor may incur in the course of the execution of the contract. The contractor shall not be entitled to any payment or remuneration whatsoever over & above the agreed contract price. The rate quoted by the bidder should be inclusive of all taxes, levies, royalty charges, fees & cess etc. leviable by State/ Central Govt. by local authorities except GST. The rate shall be inclusive of all sales/turn over tax, including all other cess, etc., on contract in the State of Maharashtra. No claims for increase in the rates / taxes / cess / royalties etc., shall be entertained or paid even if preferred so by the contractor/s. In the event of delay attributable to the Construction Contractor & if there is an increase in GST rate, then the reimbursement towards GST may be restricted to the rate as prevailing during cost/ currency of the original contract. Defect liability period of 12 months including technical support during defects liability period is included in the scope of above proposed building work as stipulated in the NIT/Tender document and rates to be quoted accordingly.
